Clinical Significance Of Dissection Of NO.14v Lymph Node Radical Resection For Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective: In this study,we analyzed the clinical and pathological characteristics of patients with gastric cancer(GC)who underwent radical resection of lymphadenectomy +NO.14 v lymph node(the lymph node along the superior mesenteric vein)dissection,and discussed the clinical and pathological factors affecting the NO.14 v metastasis and the significance of dissecting NO.14 v lymph nodes in radical gastrectomy for GC.Methods: Using the method of retrospective analysis,we collected the clinical and pathological data of 91 patients who underwent radical resection of gastrectomy of lymphadenectomy +NO.14 v lymph node dissection from August 2014 to August2016 hospitalized in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital Gastrointestinal Tumor Surgery,and analyzed the lymph node metastasis and which clinical pathological factors affected NO.14 v lymph node metastasis.Results: The number of NO.14 v lymph node metastasis is 11,and the group lymph node metastasis rate is 12.09%.According to the occurrence of No.14 v group lymph node metastasis,91 patients are divided into No.14 v group(+)and No.14 v group(-),there is no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,tumor size,Borrmann type,differentiation degree and other general clinical pathological factors(P>0.05).No.14 v group lymph node metastasis is closely related to depth of invasion(pT stage),pN stage,tumor location and lymph node metastasis in group No.6(P<0.05).The depth of invasion,tumor location,No.6 group lymph node metastasis was the independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis in No.14 v group.Conclusion : Advanced distance gastric carcinoma invaded the serosa,adjacent structures and No.6 group of lymph node metastasis had higher incidence of No.14 v lymph node metastasis,and they were suggested for appeal the case underwent No.14 v lymph node dissection.
