Objective:Through the determination of Qinghai area in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the peripheral blood of D-dimer(DD),platelet count(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)levels,To study the changes in the levels of the four indexes and caused by different etiology of acute upper digestive tract the relationship between bleeding can provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: 1.Patients with 160 were collected from November 2015 to November2016 in Hospital of Qinghai University diagnosed acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.2.Collection of patients before admission to the pre treatment of the relevant laboratory parameters: the levels of DD,PLT,PT,APTT.3.Data group: 52 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by liver disease(hepatitis B42,hepatitis C group 10),and 37 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by gastric cancer and patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer(GU 32,DU39).4.The levels of DD,PT and APTT were measured by automatic blood coagulation analyzer, and PLT was measured by automatic blood cell analyzer.Results:1.DD:There was statistical significance between the three groups(P<0.001),the level of D-dimer in the liver disease group increased significantly than gastric cancer group and peptic ulcer group. The level of D-dimer in the gastric cancer group increased significantly than peptic ulcer group;2.PLT were compared, liver disease group was significantly lower,no significant difference between the gastric cancer group and peptic ulcer group(P>0.05).3.Comparison of PT : the levels of PT in the liver disease group were significantly increased,PT in gastric cancer group and peptic ulcer group were not significantly different(P>0.05).3.Comparison of APPT : the levels of APPT in the liver disease group were significantly increased,APPT in gastric cancer group and peptic ulcer group were not significantly different(P>0.05).5.DD,PLT,PT,APTT in liver disease in hepatitis B group and C group showed no significant difference(P > 0.05);The level of D-dimer in DU group and GU group in the peptic ulcer group(P < 0.05)showed to the difference has statistical significance,PLT,PT,APTT in GU group and DU groups with no significant differences(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.In the three groups of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in.Qinghai area, the proportion of peptic ulcer was the highest, liver disease was the second, and gastric cancer was the lowest.2.The levels of DD,PLT,PT and APTT in peripheral blood of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by different causes in Qinghai area were different.3.The levels of DD,PT and APTT in the peripheral blood of patients with liver disease group were higher than those in patients with gastric cancer group and peptic ulcer group, and the level of PLT was significantly lower than that in patients with gastric cancer group and peptic ulcer group. The level of DD in patients with gastric cancer group was higher than that of peptic ulcer group; The levels of PLT,PT and APTT in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer group and peptic ulcer group were not different from those in AUGIB group.4.DD,PLT,PT,APTT in liver disease in hepatitis B group and C group showed no significant difference; The level of DD in GU group was higher than that in DU group,GU group and DU group has no significant difference in PLT,PT,APTT.
