Hemostasis in vitro model which is used in industry has not been established at home and abroad. Evaluation of hemostasis is often determined clinical validation. Due to the long time and large costs of clinical pharmacological studies, in vitro pharmacological model for screening potential drugs to stop bleeding, is the trend of developing the new hemostatic.In order to screening and evaluation the hemostatic effect of herbal, establish an hemostatic effect evaluation model in vitro, choosing the thrombin activity promoting rate, platelet adhesion rate, platelet aggregation rate, plasma recalcification time and prothrombin time as the five indexes, and calculated weight of five indicators.Choosing Yunnan Baiyao, Pseudo-ginseng, Bletilla striata, Cattail pollen, Agrimony, Transamin, herbal A, herbal B as the research object, normal saline as the blank group and analyzing the conditions of five indexes admeasurement methods. Results showed that Yunnan Baiyao, Pseudo-ginseng, herbal B had significant promoting effect on the thrombin activity, Bletilla striata, Cattail pollen, Agrimony and herbal A has significant inhibitory effect on thrombin activity, Transamin showed no significant effect on the thrombin activity. Yunnan Baiyao, Pseudo-ginseng, Bletilla striata, Transamin, herbal A, herbal B can promote the effect of platelet adhesion and aggregation, Cattail pollen, Agrimony can inhibit the effect of platelet adhesion and aggregation. Yunnan Baiyao, Pseudo-ginseng, Bletilla striata, Cattail pollen, Transamin can significantly shorten plasma recalcification time, Agrimony, herbal A and herbal B can significantly prolong plasma recalcification time. Yunnan Baiyao, Pseudo-ginseng, Bletilla striata, Cattail pollen, Transamin and herbal B can significantly shorten Prothrombin time, Agrimony and herbal A can significantly prolong Prothrombin time.Calculated factor of five indexes of the eight drugs:Yunnan Baiyao X1= (1.192,1.257,2.240,1.939,1.458), Pseudo-ginseng X2= (1.284,1.392,2.290, 1.847,1.571), Bletilla striata X3= (0.897,1.474,3.143,1.806,1.287), Cattail pollen X4= (0.865,0.744,0.309,1.263,1.186), Agrimony X5= (0.512,0.482, 0.065,0.294,0.593), Transamin X6= (1-003,1.216,2.594,1.102,1.315), herbal A X4= (0.468,1.625,3.350,0.363,0.630), herbal B X8= (1.388,1.380,3.184, 0.530,1.891). The weight of five index:w=(0.250,0.125,0.125,0.250,0.250)T, finally calculated the hemostatic effect factor:Y= (1.584,1.635,1.574,0.960, 0.418,1.331,0.986,1.523)T, compared factor with normal saline(Y=1), results showed that the hemostatic effect of Yunnan Baiyao, Pseudo-ginseng, Bletilla striata, Transamin and herbal B is good.
