Objective: 1.To investigate the correlation of clinical parameters of SCLC and TC subgroup before chemotherapy;2.Determination of TC subgroup and NSE,Pro GRP before and after chemotherapy,analysis the correlation of their change and the number of cycle;3.Analysis the value of TC subgroup,NSE,Pro GRP in predicting recent without the survival rate of disease progression;4.Analysis the correlation of TC subgroup and NSE,Pro GRP before chemotherapy and the correlation of TC subgroup changes and NSE,Pro GRP changes before and after chemotherapy.Methods:Thirty patients with SCLC were randomly selected,record the sex,age,smoking status,ECOG score,all patients with cisplatin plus etoposide(EP)chemotherapy.Detect the percentage of CD4+TC,CD8+TC,CD4+/CD8+TC ratio,NSE,Pro GRP,and every 2 cycle evaluate curative effect according to RICIST curative effect evaluation and divided into effective group(CR + PR,SD)and invalid group(PD)for statistical analysis.Results:1.30 patients with SCLC median PFS was 176.5 days,rates were 93% at 3months without disease progression and survival rate was 47% at 6 months without disease progression.There was no significant difference in TC subgroup of ECOG scores between different sexes,age,smoking and so on.2.After 2 cycles of chemotherapy,93% patients with effective group,CD4+TC percentage(39.43±7.48)and CD4+/CD8+TC ratio(1.51 ± 0.37)compared with chemotherapy before CD4+TC percentage(30.82±6.12)and CD4+/CD8+TC ratio(11.08 ±0.45)increases,NSE(13.57 ±13.57),Pro GRP(105.04 ± 214.21)after chemotherapy compared with the NSE before chemotherapy(36.37 ±74.29),Pro GRP(1676.91 ± 2023.80)reduced(p <0.05),and CD8+TC there was no statistically significant difference before and after chemotherapy.After 4 cycles of chemotherapy compared with before treatment,CD8+TC percentage(24.76±6.43)of effective set is lower than before chemotherapy(31.00 ±7.96),CD4+/CD8+TC ratio(1.49 ± 0.31)higher than before chemotherapy(1.05 ± 0.29),NSE(19.25 ±13.70)is lower than before chemotherapy(70.41 ± 76.78),Pro GRP(235.43 ± 341.51)is lower than before chemotherapy(1676.91 ± 2023.80)(p < 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference CD4+TC.The TC subgroup,NSE,Pro GRP change of invalid group no statistically significant difference before and after chemotherapy.Compared with 2 cycles of chemotherapy later,effective group after 4 cycles of chemotherapy have lower CD8+TC(24.76±6.43)than after 2 cycles of chemotherapy(29.14 ± 8.18)(p<0.05),the difference of CD4+TC,CD4+/CD8+ratio,NSE,Pro GRP was no statistically significant.Invalid group after 4 cycles of chemotherapy have lower CD4+TC(25.00± 6.95)than after 2 cycles of chemotherapy(37.71 ± 4.71),lower CD4+/CD8+TC ratio(0.89 ±0.30)than after 2 cycles of chemotherapy(1.70 ±+ 0.27),higher NSE(32.74 ± 14.69)than after 2 cycles of chemotherapy(20.58 ± 7.82),higher Pro GRP(607.23±506.39)than after 2 cycles of chemotherapy(338.31±373.06),there was no statistically significant difference of CD8+TC.3.3 ~ 6 months no survival rate of disease progression and 6 months without a high survival rate in Pro GRP reduce group is relatively higher than Pro GRP increase group(p<0.05).TC subgroup,NSE change trend has no predictive significance for current free survival rate.4.Before treatment,CD8+TC and Pro GRP were positively correlated(p<0.05),CD4+/CD8+TC have negatively correlated with Pro GRP(p<0.05),CD8+TC changes and Pro GRP changes were positively correlated(p<0.05),There was no correlation between CD8+TC,CD4+/CD8+TC and its change in NSE and Pro GRP.Conclusions:1.Different sex,age,smoking,or no,ECOG score had no effect on TC subgroup.2.The changes of TC subgroup,NSE and Pro GRP levels before and after chemotherapy had some early predictive value for chemotherapy.3.Pro GRP change level for the recent survival rates of disease progression may have predictive value.TC subgroup has no predictive value for the recent survival rates of disease progression 4.Before treatment,CD8+TC and Pro GRP were positively correlated,CD4+/CD8+TC have negatively correlated with Pro GRP,CD8+TC changes and Pro GRP changes were positively correlated,There was no correlation between CD8+TC,CD4+/CD8+TC and its change in NSE and Pro GRP.
