Objective: By reviewing the clinical data of 36 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation, analyze the relevant points of the microsurgery in the treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformations and the related factors. Methods: A retrospective analysis 36 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformation treated by microsurgery in our hospital neurosurgery from May2009 to May 2016.Sorting out the patients' gender, age, amount of bleeding, lesion location, lesion size, deep venous drainage S-M(Spetzler-Martin)grading and GOS(Glasgow Outcome Score)score.Screening for the brain arteriovenous malformation influential factors associated with microsurgical treatment. Results: The single factor analysis showed that deep venous drainage, lesion location, lesion size,S-M classification were significantly correlated with theprognosis. The multivariate analysis showed that lesion location, size and S-M classification were the independent risk factors affecting the.prognostic of patients. Conclusion: Microsurgical treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformation has higher lesion resection rate and helpful to prevent secondary bleeding.CTA,MRI and DSA can make a definite diagnosis of AVM,andcontribute to intraoperative positioning and total resection of the lesion, reduce the incidence of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative secondary bleeding, epilepsy and other complications. The prognosis of patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation after microsurgical was closely related to the S-M grade, lesion location and S-M grade.
