Analysis Of Rivaroxaban Anticoagulation Effective Dose In Patients With Acute Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis In Shandong Peninsula

Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis this experiment through the observation of limb circumference,blood coagulation index changes after treatment,thrombosis and recanalization status changes,explore the Shandong Peninsula acute deep vein thrombosis in people taking effective dose of Rivaroxaban.Methods: The total of 308 patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis cases were collected from Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital,Ji'nan Qianfo Hill hospital,Weifang Central Hospital,Weihai municipal hospital,Linyi Second People's Hospital enters during 2015-12 to 2016-12.Randomly they were divided into A group(Group 10mg)and B group(Group 15mg).Patients in group A were treated with 10 mg P.O bid after admission.Patients in group B were treated with Rivaroxaban 15 mg P.O bid after admission.Two groups of other treatment the same.By observing the clinical efficacy,limb circumference,coagulation index changes,the two groups of patients with adverse reactions and complications.Results: The study showed that the patients in group A and B group were significantly improved after treatment,limb circumference difference <2cm,coagulation index differences were not statistically significant.Conclusion: The patients with acute deep venous thrombosis in Jiao dong Peninsula,Rivaroxaban 10 mg P.O bid can be used for anticoagulation,which is safe,effective and economical.
