Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease is one of the most common inherited kidney disease, which can cause irreversible damage in kidney function in the middle and late stages of the disease, leading to end-stage renal disease.ADPKD has a high incidence and poor prognosis, that is a serious disease endangering human health. Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved in order to clarify the factors of early development of the disease.Recently a number of new biomarkers related to ADPKD disease progression have been proposed, such as arginine vasopressin, copeptin, neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin, micro RNAs,urinary proteomics.
