ObjectiveTo investigate the angiogenesis effect of Recombination plasmid hepatocyte growth factor to improve Chronic lower limb arterial ischemic diseases collateral circulation microvessel and treatment effect.Methodschoose the appropriate patient as a model of lower limb arterial ischemic diseases(this test all choose the lower limb arterial ischemic diseases supervene ulceration, and this is advantageous to the clinical observation),for affected limb we all choose the shape of anterior tibial artery and posterior tibial artery and select 32 point to injection(injected three times in all),and with clinical follow-up observation to the each injected patients for six month,to know the injured limb ulcer healing situation and the artery collateral circulation of a situation.Resultsafter injected recombinant plasmid-hepatocyte growth factor 6 choose clinical case the lower limb blood supply improved significantly, ulcer haling or ulcer area significantly narrowed.Conclusionrecombinant plasmid-hepatocyte growth factor can induce and promote lower limb artery collateral effectivly, and improve lower limb ischemia and promote ulcer healing accordingly.Recombinant Plasmid-Hepatocyte Growth Factor is an effective method for the treatment of arterial ischemic disease.
