Hemodialysis Combined With Hemoperfusion Versus Hemodialysis Combined With Hemodiafiltration Treatment For Uremic Pruritus:a Meta-analysis

Objective: To compared the clinical efficacy of Hemodialysis?HD?combined with Hemoperfusion?HP?versus Hemodialysis?HD?combined with hemodiafiltration?HDF?to treat Uremic Pruritus.Method We searched the following electronic databases: Cochrane library?Pub Med?CNKI?Chinese Biological Medicine,Wanfang and China National Knowledge Infrastructure database.The Review Manager 5.3 software was used to Meta-analysis.Result Nine RCTs were included,405 patients in all.No statistically significant difference was found in terms of the pruritus scores?treatment effect criteria?PTH?Ca²⁺?P^3-.There is a statistic difference showed in VAS?Dirk R Kuypers scoring.Conclusion: Results showed that elderly uremic patients,HD combined with HP is more effective.But HD combined with HDF can reduce serum creatinine more.We can according to the need to choose a better way of dialysis.
