Clinical Effects Of Hemodialysis With Hemoperfusion In Uremic Pruritus

Objective: To analyze and compare the effect of hemodialysis with Hemoperfusion in Uremic Pruritus,so as to provide references for the treatment.Methods : 60 patients with uremia and pruritus admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were enrolled, collected clinical data(patient information) by questionnaire, using the VAS score and SF-36 scale vaule the scores in patients of uremic pruritus before and after the treatment. Observe White blood cell(WBC), hemoglobin(Hb), Creatinine(Cr), blood urea nitrogen(Bun),serum phosphorus(P), intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH), β2-microglobulin(β2-MG), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α), C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), immunoglobulin G(IgG), cystatin indicators, before and after the three months treatment, vital signs were observed during the treatment, adverse reactions, etc.Results: compared before and after treatment, all 60 patients with biochemical indicators(WBC,Hb,Cr,Bun) have no difference,(P,iPTH,β2-MG,TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,IgG,cystatin)were statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Before and after treatment the pruritus score can be reduced and quality of life score can be improved(P <0.05), HD+HP can significantly reduce the degree of pruritus uremic patients and improve the quality of life of patients.Conclusions: Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion have an exact efficacy in uremic pruritus, can significantly improve the degree of uremic pruritus and the quality of life in Uremic Pruritus and provide references for the treatment.
