OBJECTIVEBy comparing with Meta analysis our country the elderly femoral fractures using a hip replacement between the rotor and curative effects and use DHS and PFNA treatment hip replacement curative effects of treatment.METHODSComputer retrieval PubMed,the Cochrane,CNKI,ten thousand party and VIP database,refer to related orthopedic journal published articles at the same time.Search about PFNA and hip replacement therapy-domestic randomized controlled trial of the literature of the femoral fracture between the rotor and DHS and hip replacement treatment on domestic senile femoral fractures between rotor randomized controlled trial of the literature,to extract the baseline data,collection and operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative down load time,length of hospital stay,complications,and postoperative Harris score data,and the extracted data results by RevMan 5.30 Meta analysis RESULTSPFNA group compared with the observation indexes of hip replacement group.Operation time: there was no statistically significant difference P > 0.05,cannot think PFNA group and joint replacement in the difference in operation time;Intraoperative blood loss: P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that joint replacement intraoperatie blood loss is greater than the PFNA group;Length of hospital stay,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,argues that joint replacement in hospital time less than PFNA group;The down load time: P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that joint replacement and down load time is less than PFNA group;Complications: P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that joint replacement complications than PFNA group;After 6 months of postoperative Harris score : P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that joint replacement group 6 months postoperative Harris score is better than that of PFNA group;Postoperative Harris score(12 months)after: P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,joint replacement group think Harris score is better than that of PFNA group 12 months after surgery.DHS group compared with the observation indexes of hip replacement group.Operation time: P < 0.05 difference was statistically significant,that joint replacement group on operation time is better than that of dynamic hip screw.Intraoperative blood loss,P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,cannot think dynamic hip screw and hip replacement group differences on the intraoperative blood loss.Length of hospital stay,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that joint replacement group hospitalization time is better than that of dynamic hip screw.Postoperative down load time:P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that joint replacement group is better than that of dynamic hip screw down load time.Complications: P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that joint replacement group complications is better than that of dynamic hip screw.Harris score: postoperative 3 months P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,that joint replacement group 3 months after Harris score is better than that of a set of dynamic hip screw.CONCLUSION:PFNA group compared with the observed indicators of hip replacement group,from the operation time,the analysis results show that the hip replacement with PFNA group no statistically significant differences in operation time.From the intraoperative blood loss,PFNA group on the intraoperative blood loss less than hip replacement.From the length ofhospital stay,postoperative down load time,complications,and postoperative Harris score of this a few ways,hip replacement group was better than that of PFNA group.DHS group compared with the observation indexes of hip replacement group,in addition to the intraoperative blood loss,the measures of observing the DHS group and hip replacement group there was no statistically significant difference in the outside,in other to observe operation time,length of hospital stay,and down load time,complications,and postoperative Harris score of hip replacement is better than DHS group.
