| PurposeYoung soldier lower lumbar spondylolysis were classified according to Spine Deformity Study Group(SDSG)classification.Feature of sagittal parameters of each group were analyzed in this article.MethodsA retrospective analyze of clinical data of spondylolysis patients were done, who were treated during Mar 2015 to Jun 2016.Then the patients were screened according to the in-and excluding standards. The certain patients were grouped by SDSG classification, image features of each group in oblique X-ray were identified. At the same time, data of sagittal parameters obtained in oblique X-ray image(including PI,PT,SS,LL,STA,STI,SP)among the different groups were analyzed.ResultsTotally,72 spondylolysis patients were included.Among which 17 patients were clamp type,13 patients were shear type,42 were normal type. There is no statistical significance among the groups in age, slipping percentage, sacral table index.A significance was noted in LL、PT、SS and STA among the groups.Shear type shows a much bigger lumbar lordosis, pelvic tilt, sacral slippage, and smaller sacral table angle, when compared with clamp type and normal type. What’ s more the difference is significant.Pearson relation test shows that PI was highly positively correlated with LL,SS,while STA with a much lower negative relevance. Conclusions: 1.When young soldiers with lower lumbar spondylolysis were classified by SDSG classification,” shear type” shows a much larger LL、PT、SS,and a smaller STA;2.PI was highly positively correlated with LL、SS,while STA showed a less than moderate negative correlation with STA. |
