Cases Analysis Of Skeletal Class ? Open Bite,Skeletal Class ? Deflection Of Occlusal Plane And Skeletal Class ? Crowded With Protrusion Malocclusion

Three kinds of clinical common malocclusion,which was Angle class I with open bite deflection of occlusion plane and crowded protrusion,was included.In clinical orthodontic treatment,the sagittal malocclusion was taken into consideration frequently.However,the coordination of aesthetics and function was not only sagittal,but also the vertical and horizontal.The malocclusion was usually accompanied with three-dimension abnormality.The horizontal malocclusion was neglected frequently by orthodontist.Even though the three cases were Angle class I malocclusion,the open bite and deflection of occlusion plane was related to vertical control.The completion of these cases,recognized were difficulty,were directed by my dear mentor.The first case,which was Angle class I malocclusion of open bite,extraction of 4 the first molars,was treated by the effect of wedge-sharped and pendulum.The cephalometrics of post-treatment was compare to pre-treatment,we found that the effect of pendulum played an important role.It was hard to ensure whether the bad tongue habit was corrected,therefore it was worthwhile to follow up.Use a tongue crib if necessary.The second case,which was deflection of occlusion plane,non-extraction,was treated by implant anchorage and inter-maxillary traction.An micro-implant was applied to the buccal lower maxillary and higher mandibular side,and the elongated opposed teeth.At the same time,the torque should be controlled.It was important to determine whether the orthognathic surgery or orthodontics treatment.The compensatory limit of alveolar can be presented easily by CBCT.In this case,it was the deflection of ramus of mandible,therefore,the deflection can be treated.The third one,which was protrusion,extraction of 4 the first premolar,was treated by 4 implant anchorage.The difficulty of this case was how to control the anchorage and avoid lose.This case was recognized as an easy case in clinical and was recognized as entry level for orthodontist beginner such as me.It was seen an pave for orthodontics.The adult orthodontic treatment have played an greater and greater proportion.Apart from aesthetics and comfort,the efficient orthodontics was seek by them.Recently,the research about MOP(micro-osteoperforation)was warmed up and it was reported that the MOP can accelerate the tooth movement.The development history,mechanism,animal model experiment,clinical experiment and limitation of MOP were described in this review.
