Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of DJB、DJE、NBPD on type 2 diabetic rat.Observe the influence of three operations on the heat intake in type 2 diabetic rats.Observe the influence of three operations on the digestion and absorption of lipid. To investigate the possible mechanism of surgical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:type 2 diabetic rat model were randomly divided into three groups underwent duodenal-jejunal bypass(DJB group 9),new biliopancreatic bypass(NBPD group 10),duodenal-jejunal exclusion(DJE group 10),sham operation group(S group 8).Food intake, fasting body weight, fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2h-postprandial glucose(2h-PG),triglyceride fecal excretion rate and urinary Dxylose excretion rate were tested before and after surgery.Results:8 weeks after operation,DJB group(16.1±0.6MJ/Kg)and NBPD group(15.8±0.2MJ/Kg)were significantly higher than those in group DJE(22.9±3.9mmol/L)and sham group(15.0±0.5MJ/Kg).DJB group(10.8±3.2‰),DJE group(12.4±3.5‰)13C octanoic acid breath test DOB value, significantly lower than the NBPD group(15.2±0.4‰)and sham operation group(15.0±0.5‰).And DJB group(8.9±2.7‰),NBPD group(9.6±2.2‰)13C glycerol ester breath detection DOB value was significantly lower than the DJE group(25.4±5.6‰),sham operation group(23.5±5.0‰).Conclusion:1.DJE did not affect the heat intake of T2 DM rats,NBPD could reduce the intake of calories in T2 DM rats.2.NBPD can affect the digestion process of lipid, which is duodenal jejunal bypass T2 DM rats decreased triglyceride absorption and main factors play a hypoglycemic effect.3.DJE does not affect the digestion of lipids, but can reduce the intestinal absorption of lipids, thus bilipancreatic bypass play synergistic hypoglycemic effect.Key Words:Type 2 Diabetes,Duodenal-jejunal bypass,New billio-pancreatic diversion,Duodenal-jejunal exclusion,Lipids malabsorption.2.NBPD can affect the digestion process of lipid, which is duodenal jejunal bypass T2 DM rats decreased triglyceride absorption and main factors play a hypoglycemic effect.3.DJE does not affect the digestion of lipids, but can reduce the intestinal absorption of lipids, thus bilipancreatic bypass play synergistic hypoglycemic effect.
