【Objective】To study the relationship between the expression of CK18,E-cad,Ki67,P53 and clinicopathological features in breast cancer,and to analyze the correlation of the four former expression。 【Methods】The clinical and pathological data of 191 cases of breast cancer in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.The expression levels of CK18,E-cad,Ki67,P53 in breast cancer tissues were detected by Elivison two-step immunohistochemical technique,and combined with the related clinical data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS.【Results】1.The expression of CK18 in the TNBC / non-TNBC group:the low expression rate of CK18 was 39.3% in TNBC group and 14.7% in non-TNBC group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in age,tumor size,clinical stage,histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P> 0.05).2.The expression rate of Ki67 was 87.4% in the age group ≤ 50 years old and 73.9% in the age group> 50 years old.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the histological grade group,the high expression rate was 74.4% in the histological grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ group and 93.5% in the histological grade Ⅲ group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the lymph node metastasis group,the high expression rate was 87.1% in the lymph node metastasis group and 74.5% in the non-lymph node metastasis group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in tumor size,clinical stage and TNBC / non-TNBC group(P> 0.05).3.In the lymph node metastasis group,the low expression rate of E-cad was 30.1% in the lymph node metastasis group and 16.3% in the non-lymph node metastasis group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the TNBC / non-TNBC group,the low expression rate in the TNBC group was 42.9% and the low expression rate in the non-TNBC group was 17.8%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in age,tumor size,clinical stage and histological grade(P> 0.05).4.The positive expression rate of P53 in lymph node metastasis group was 66.7% in lymph node metastasis group and 16.3% in the non-lymph node metastasis group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in age,tumor size,clinical stage,histological grade and TNBC / non-TNBC group(P> 0.05).【Conclusion】The expression level of CK18 in TNBC / non-TNBC group was significantly different,and the low expression rate in TNBC group was higher than that in non-TNBC group.The expression of Ki67 was correlated with age,histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P <0.05).The higher the age,the higher the grade,the higher the grade of histology and the higher metastatic lymph node metastasis,was with the higher expression rate of Ki67.The expression level of E-cadherin in lymph node metastasis and TNBC / non-TNBC group,and the low expression rate of E-cad in TNBC group and lymph node metastasis group was higher.P53 in the lymph node metastasis group positive expression rate was different,in the lymph node metastasis group P53 positive expression rate was relatively high.The expression of CK18 and E-cad can promote the development and progression of breast cancer.The expression of P53 and Ki67 has a synergistic effect in the development and progression of breast cancer.The expression of CK18 and P53 and Ki67 plays an independent role in the development and progression of breast cancer.The expression of E-cad and P53 and Ki67 plays an independent role in the development and progression of breast cancer.These results were helpful for the analysis of the mammary gland Cancer diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the judge to further provide some new reference.
