Transcranial Doppler is a cerebral vascular disease detection method which uses the Doppler effect of ultrasound to detect the hemodynamics and blood flow parameters of the main intracranial vessels and their branches.It has the advantages of non-invasive,intuitive and dynamic observation,and is widely used in medical clinical monitoring and detection.However,due to the large size and inconvenient portability,the traditional TCD has limited its family development.In recent years,the performance of embedded hardware has been improved,which makes it possible for miniaturization and portability of ultrasonic medical equipment.The Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography based on Android platform has the characteristics of portability.It is convenient for users to monitor the physiological parameters of the brain in the long range.The detection data is synchronized to the Web server in real time,which is convenient for doctors to analyze and diagnose remotely.Its unique motion detection algorithm,using the user's cerebral blood flow parameters,real-time monitoring the user's movement state,to prevent users from excessive exercise and other dangers.The research content of this paper includes four parts,algorithm research of Transcranial Doppler;research on exercise detection algorithm based on SVM;Android platform based client software development;Web platform based server software development;First of all,in order to realize the general Transcranial Doppler and M-mode Transcranial Doppler functions,this paper studies the two Transcranial Doppler core algorithms.Use MATLAB to simulate the algorithm and verify the function.And adjust the parameters,optimize the effect.In order to realize the function of motion monitoring,this paper collects the user's craniocerebral physiological parameters as samples,trains samples using SVM based classification algorithms.The trained model is transplanted into Android client software to judge the user's motion state in real time and prevent excessive exercise.In order to realize the miniaturization of equipment,this paper uses Android as the development platform of client software.In this paper,the common transcranial Doppler and M-mode transcranial Doppler algorithm are implemented on the Android platform.The client software receives and processes the data collected by the ultrasonic probe and calculates the physiological parameters in real time.Physiological parameters are stored in the embedded database of the Android device.The data visualization module counts the stored medical data and displays them in the form of charts.In order to manage client software,and collect patient data on the network platform for subsequent medical diagnosis and data mining,this paper develops server-side software on Web platform.The server software has the function of account management,and can respond to multi account validate login and registration.At the same time,server software has built-in databases,synchronous data with client software using incremental synchronization algorithm.Store all users' Transcranial Doppler physiological data.
