Objective: To study the male patients with alcohol dependence of event related potential P300 and executive function anomaly correlation,the use of Wisconsin card sorting to understanding of executive function in patients with AD.And test positioning of frontal lobe function in patients with AD,electrophysiological basis for AD executive function damage.Methods: The 30 cases of male patients with AD were collected for alcohol dependence group and 30 healthy men as control group,the two groups of Wisconsin card sorting test(Wisconsin card sorting test,WCST)and event related potential P300(event-related potential P300,ERP P300)determination of alcohol dependence patients WCST and ERP P300 after withdrawal symptoms to eliminate evaluation.Results: 1.Compared with the normal group of patients,the team in patients with Rf,Re and the Rpe significant rise,between groups was statistically difference(P < 0.05),while the team in patients with Cc,Cl significantly lower,between groups was statistically difference(P < 0.05).2.ERP-P300 amplitude comparing two groups: the team in patients with N1,N2 and P3 were significantly lower than normal group of patients,was statistically difference between two groups(P < 0.05);ERP-P300 latency period to compare two groups of patients: a group of patients with N2,P3 latency was significantly longer than normal group,was statistically difference between two groups(P < 0.05),while N1 and there was no significant difference between patients with normal group,is no statistical difference between two groups(P > 0.05).3.The correlation analysis showed that the team in patients with Cc and N1 amplitude was positively correlation(r = 0.879,P = 0.879 < 0.05),and N2 amplitude was positively correlation(r = 0.686,P = 0.686 < 0.05),and P3 amplitude was positively correlation(r = 0.753,P = 0.753 < 0.05),and negatively correlation with N2 incubation period(r = 0.366,P = 0.366 > 0.05),and negatively correlation with P3 latency(r = 0.345,P = 0.345 > 0.05);Cl group patients was positively correlation with N1 amplitude(r = 0.776,P = 0.776 < 0.05),and N2 amplitude was positively correlation(r = 0.399,P = 0.048 < 0.05),and P3 amplitude was positively correlation(r = 0.498,P = 0.031 < 0.05),and negatively correlation with N2 incubation period(r = 0.732,P = 0.732 > 0.05),and negatively correlation with P3 latency(r = 0.936,P = 0.936 > 0.05);Group of patients with Rf and N1 amplitude showed a negative correlation(r = 0.680,P = 0.680 > 0.05),and negatively correlation with N2 amplitude(r = 0.987,P = 0.568 > 0.05),and negatively correlation with P3 amplitude(r = 0.259,P = 0.259 > 0.05),and N2 incubation period were positively correlation(r = 0.456,P = 0.021 < 0.05),and P3 latency period there was a positive correlation(r = 0.975,P = 0.008 < 0.05);Group of patients with Re and N1 amplitude showed a negative correlation(r = 0.373,P = 0.373 > 0.05),and negatively correlation with N2 amplitude(r = 0.674,P = 0.122 > 0.05),and negatively correlation with P3 amplitude(r = 0.449,P = 0.449 > 0.05),and N2 incubation period were positively correlation(r = 0.926,P = 0.001 < 0.05),and P3 latency period there was a positive correlation(r = 0.475,P = 0.006 < 0.05);Group of patients with Rpe and N1 amplitude showed a negative correlation(r = 0.852,P = 0.522 > 0.05),and negatively correlation with N2 amplitude(r = 0.673,P = 0.463 > 0.05),and negatively correlation with P3 amplitude(r = 0.576,P = 0.576 > 0.05),and N2 incubation period were positively correlation(r = 0.858,P = 0.040 < 0.05),and P3 latency period there was a positive correlation(r = 0.774,P = 0.011 < 0.05);The N1 latency period of patients with team Cc,Rf,Cl,no statistical correlation between Re and the Rpe(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The existing executive dysfunction in patients with AD,abstract generalization for the performance of cognitive transfer and reaction ability and ERP-abnormal P300 family more ingredients,the amplitude change more obvious,ERP-more than P300 component analysis can be more comprehensive understanding of the electrophysiological characteristics of AD executive dysfunction.
