| Objective: To compare the effects of risperidone combined with aripiprazle with only use of risperidone on body weight,BMI and glycolipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia.Method: 70 patients with schizophrenia who met the criteria were divided(according to the proportion of 1:1)to two groups,one group receiving risperidone combined with aripiprazle(research group)and ather group receiving risperidone(control group).Within 2 week of treatment of risperidone dosage gradually increased to 2-5mg/d,aripiprazole fixed at 10mg/d.Each group consists of 35 cases.Clinical efficacies and the indexes body weight,BMI,Fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in patients were assessed with PANSS at the base line and at the end of the 4th week、the end of 8thweek.Result:1.After the treatment of the end of the 4th week and the end of 4thweek,there were no significant differences in the scores of PANSS between the two groups(t=1.32、0.21,P>0.05).2.There was obvious change in two groups after the treatment.In comparison with the research group,the change was higher in control group in body weight and BMI(Ps<0.05).3.In comparison with the control group,the body BMI was lower in research group(t=2.61,P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,TG and TC between the two groups before treatment and after treatment for 4 weeks,8 weeks after treatment(P > 0.05).5.Compared with the group,the single risperidone group had a statistically significant difference with triglyceride(TG)in the treatment of 8 weeks compared with the baseline(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combined with aripiprazole can obviously reduce the effect of risperidone on body quality;Effect of risperidone combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of lipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia is not obvious,but the effect of risperidone treatment on blood lipid in schizophrenic patients is obvious. |
