Objective:To describe the quality of life and cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients with colorectal cancer;to explore the correlation between cancer and quality of life in colorectal cancer patients; Objective to study the related symptoms and influencing factors of CRF,the purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis for intervention of CRF in colorectal cancer, provide references for better assessment and treatment. Methods:The 216 colorectal cancer patients who met the standard in Qigihar in 2016 were selected as the subjects.Using cross-sectional study method, face to face investigation way,by a trained nurse or a doctor for eligible before hospitalized patients in the treatment of general demographic data(age, gender, educational level, etc.),the quality of life questionnaire(EORTC QLQ C30-version 3)and clinical data(white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin content)of information collection.EpiData3.1 software was used to build the database and SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis. The measured data obeys normal distribution, the mean and standard deviations are used, the normal distribution is not obeyed, the median and quantiles are counted, and the ratio and constituent ratio of enumeration data are analyzed by descriptive analysis. The correlation between CRF and scales in colorectal cancer patients was analyzed by rank sum test.Chi square test was used to compare the incidence of CRF among people with different characteristics.Rank sum tests were used to compare differences in scores among CRF patients and non CRF patients.Stepwise regression analysis was used to screen the independent influencing factors ofCRF.P=0.05 was used as a statistically significant boundary value.Results:1.216 patients with colorectal cancer,65 were CRF,the detection rate was30.09%.2.Patients with CRF score and overall health score were negatively correlated(r=-0.628).CRF score and somatic function(r = 0.328),role function(r =-0.653),emotional function(r =-0.600),cognitive function(r =-0.679),social function(r =-0.655)were all related.CRF scores and nausea vomiting(r = 0.226),pain(r = 0.318),dyspnea(r = 0.557),sleep disturbances(r = 0.711),loss of appetite(r = 0.590),and economic difficulties(r = 0.685)were positively correlated.3.Patients with single factor analysis of fatigue and fatigue in gender, age, urban and rural areas, cultural degree, occupation, marital status, per capita income, family history of high blood pressure,BMI,installment, high blood pressure, serum total protein, hemoglobin, blood on the distribution of carbon dioxide exists significant difference(P < 0.05),differences in general health status, physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function, nausea and vomiting, pain, dyspnea, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, and economic difficulties(P <0.05)4.Logistic regression analysis showed that nausea, vomiting, sleep disorders and marital status were the main influencing factors of CRF in the patients.Nausea and vomiting standardized score for each 1 points increase the risk of colorectal cancer in patients with CRF was 1.044 times(OR=1.044,95%CI:1.010~1.079),sleep disturbances standardized score for each 1 points increase the risk of colorectal cancer in patients with CRF was 1.132 times(OR=1.132,95%CI:1.082~1.184),single CRF risk is 6.329 times married people(OR=6.329,95%CI:1.693~23.661).Conclusion:1.In 2016,CRF detection rate of patients with colorectal cancer in a hospital in Qiqihar region was 30.09%.2.The occurrence of CRF in colorectal cancer is related to the quality of life. The higher the CRF score was,the lower the score on role function, emotional function, cognitive function, and social functioning was,the higher the scores were for pain, dyspnea, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, and financial difficulties.3.Nausea and vomiting, sleep disturbances and the single were the main factors influencing CRF in colorectal cancer patients.
