Objective:Through the investigation of the top three hospital in Qiqihar City to be produced and delivery of full-term maternal pregnancy outcome,to understand the incidence of maternal pregnancy outcome of pregnant women,to explore the general demographic characteristics of maternal and clinical characteristics of adverse pregnancy outcomes,The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to reduce the incidence of maternal pregnancy failure to provide data support for pregnant women to provide scientific basis for prenatal and postnatal care. Methods:The related literatures about the adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women were extensively consulted, which provided a theoretical basis and reference for the development of this study. From June 2015 January ~2016 year in 500 single pregnant parturient in Tsitsihar top three Hospital of labor and delivery as the research object(maternal gestational age 37 weeks and 42 weeks). The main contents of this study include: the basic information of pregnant women and the adverse pregnancy outcomes.Among them,in the maternal demographic characteristics including age, weight, height, education, living area;clinical features included maternal including gestational age, gravidity, parity, gestational weight increase, previous pregnancy history and the history of abortion, pregnancy complications;and adverse pregnancy outcome included: maternal amniotic fluid mainly includes pollution, placental abruption, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, low birth weight and macrosomia, intrapartum injury and aspiration pneumonia.SPSS20.0 was used to establish database and corresponding statistical analysis, the basic situation of pregnant and lying in pregnant wonmen is expressed by composition ratio, and the rate of pregnancy outcome is expressed, using the 2 test for adverse pregnancy outcomes were analyzed by univariate analysis, multivariate analysis using Logistic regression,P<0.05 had significant difference.Results:1.The study of 500 pregnant women,97 had adverse pregnancy outcomes, and the incidence was 19.4%.The incidence of various adverse pregnancy outcomes are: amniotic fluid(9.2%),postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia(7.8%)(5%),respiratory distress syndrome(3.2%)macrosomia(3.2%),low birth weight(2.8%),placental abruption(2.6%),birth defects(2.0%).2.Age,residence,abortion,childbirth,premature rupture of membranes, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, fetal distress, effects of uterine scar on full-term pregnant women with adverse pregnancy outcomes were statistically significant(χ2=9.559,6.526,5.206,7.141,5.027,16.836,12.662,10.126,11.478,P<0.05).3.Different age, gestational hypertension,full-term maternal fetal distress in amniotic fluid pollution incidence was statistically significant(P<0.05);statistically significant incidence of full-term pregnancy hypertension in different placental abruption premature rupture of membranes, the difference(P<0.05);gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, placenta previa, uterine scar and different mode of delivery of maternal postpartum hemorrhage in the incidence rate of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);different weight, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, placenta previa and different modes of delivery and uterine scar pregnant women in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia showed significant difference(P<0.05);gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, placenta, fetal distress in term pregnant women in the incidence of birth defects in a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence was statistically significant in different height and weight increase degree of gestational diabetes mellitus and pregnancy in full-term birth of macrosomia difference(P<0.05);different maternal weight, gestational age, premature rupture of membranes, pregnancy induced hypertension, anemia in pregnancy in the incidence of low birth weight infants. There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the incidence of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome between premature rupture of membranes, gestational diabetes mellitus, pregnancy complicated with heart disease, fetal distress and delivery mode(P<0.05).4.Logistic regression analysis showed that maternal adverse pregnancy outcome of full-term premature rupture of membranes, with age, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes and fetal distress related to gestational diabetes mellitus(P<0.05);OR = 4.172,pregnancy gestational hypertension OR value =3.006,OR = 2.674,fetal distress, premature rupture of membranes OR value =1.879,age OR = 1.417,were risk factors on adverse pregnancy outcomes of full-term pregnancy.Conclusions:1.The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 19.4%,which was hig h in the country. The incidence of amniotic fluid contamination was highest in the adv erse pregnancy outcomes, followed by postpartum hemorrhage, and the incidence of b irth defects was lowest.2.Different adverse pregnancy outcomes were related to different factors.Amon g them, weight, pregnancy associated hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, fetal distress, delivery patterns have an adverse effect on a variety of adverse pregnancy ou tcomes.
