Zi Yin Li Shui Plan With Modified·ETDRSC Therapy Of Diabetic Macular Edema Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of modified grid sample photocoagulation is widely recognized,but its complications are inevitable,for treatment of macular edema can achieve better curative effect,the dialectical differentiation as two deficiency qi and Yin,vein stasis type resistance of patients to nourish Yin and water(born with pulse dispersion and five three adjustment)to observe the clinical curative effect.Methods:The study of the recorded data from June 2015 to October 2015 in changchun university affiliated hospital of ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine cure the patients.Diabetes practitioner and eye doctor diagnosed with T2 DM,and dialectical classification for gas Yin deficiency of vein type YuZu of patients,including observation of 46 patients,of 24 cases of the observation group,control group a total of 22 cases.The above group adopts randomized way.Observation group(born for traditional Chinese medicine pulse dispersion and five three adjustment)combined photocoagulation improved grille samples,postoperative began taking traditional Chinese medicine,treatment for a month,the control group only with modified lattice photocoagulation,observe and record 1 week after treatment,1 month,3 month and 6 month BCVA of two groups of patients,and macular edema OCT,using SPSS software to look at the observation index,comparative analysis,and make the corresponding conclusion.Results: 1)The mean of the two groups of postoperative 1 week BCVA are also preoperative,postoperative BCVA 1 months compared with preoperative(P > 0.05),no statistical significance.Over the timing of the observed compared with preoperative(P < 0.05),there is significant difference.2)each time point of vision was observed in the two groups to compare(X2 =6.432,P = 0.010 < 0.05),and therapy is superior to the control group.Inaddition to the postoperative 1 week,no difference.3)numerical comparison of macular edema,two groups of patients with preoperative after treatment was comparable,in postoperative 1 week average retinal thickness is increased,more than average compared with preoperative lifting.4)in the two groups after 1 month,3 months,6 months improvement compared with preoperative have difference(P < 0.05),and over time point back better treatment effect,the effect of combination therapy is more obvious than in the controls.Conclusion: The combination therapy with Chinese medicine,in improving eyesight,promote absorption of DME better effect than pure group.
