A Cross-sectional Study Of Clinical Symptoms Of TCM In Atrial Fibrillation

Purpose: Investigation and analysis of atrial fibrillation in TCM syndrome classification and its distribution,in order to interpret the TCM syndrome distribution characteristics of atrial fibrillation and to provide theory support for evidence-based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine of right atrial fibrillation,help to improve correctness and normative atrial fibrillation clinical syndrome differentiation,improve the effect of clinical treatment.Method: Adopted by the method of clinical epidemiology,changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital between January 2012 and Decem ber 2016 the treatment zone and outpatient service patient 286 examples,gather basic information and history data,including age,gender,duration,merging,risk factors,such as collection of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in patients with syndrome differentiation factors discriminant of TCM syndrome types,classifies the application of clustering analysis method to justify type,logistic regression analysis is used to analyze the factors and the correlation between TCM syndrome type atrial fibrillation.Result: 286 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation common syndromes of deficiency of blood stasis syndrome,phlegm turbidity block,glove two deficiency syndrome,drink water of the heart,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and Yang ling of card,the card type distribution characteristic is: qi deficiency and blood stasis type(32.2%)> phlegm turbidity block type(26.6%)> glove two virtual type(14.7%)> liver-kidney Yin deficiency type(12.9%)> water drink ling heart type(7.0%)> heart Yang weak type(6.6%),heart disease is a major,involved in the spleen,liver and kidney three dirty.Atrial fibrillation is closely related to gender,age,course of the disease is not,and hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes mellitus,the combining hyperthyroidism,merger of heart failure,cerebrovascular disease,obesity,smoking,dyslipidemia,left atrial enlargement have influence on the distribution of syndromes of atrial fibrillation.The merger to high blood pressure,coronary heart disease,diabetes mellitus,history of smoking are more likely to cause for qi deficiency blood stasis type atrial fibrillation;Phlegm turbidity block in patients with atrial fibrillation are more likely to have obesity,dyslipidemia,coronary heart disease,diabet es mellitus,the combining cerebrovascular disease;Hypertension,left atrial enlargement of distinguishing for drinking water ling heart card is in the majority;High blood pressure,the combining hyperthyroidism patients with atrial fibrillation are more likely to cause liver and kidney Yin deficiency type;Merger of heart failure and heart Yang in patients with atrial fibrillation was a positive correlation.Conclusion: Atrial fibrillation there are many dangerous factors,including smoking,obesity,dyslipidemia,left heart enlargement,merger coronary heart disease,hypertension,cerebrovascular disease,diabetes mellitus,heart failure,the combining hyperthyroidism syndromes distribution of atria l fibrillation has a certain impact.So in the treatment of atrial fibrillation at the same time,also should take the risk factors of TCM syndrome and the effect of this act as theoretical basis in the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment effect.
