Evaluation Research Of Chinese Medicine Diagnosis And Treatment Programs Of CHF In Department Of Cardiology In 2015

Purpose: This topic mainly collected chronic heart failure cases of hospitalized patients from our hospital heart disease data in 2015,to summarize and study retrospectively the syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine and curative effect.We evaluate plans of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment of heart failure worked out by our heart families in clinical application,and provide a basis for optimizing our heart failure with Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment plan.Method: I collect my all heart failure records in 2015,and record patients' gender,age,underlying disease,cardiac function,syndrome of TCM,symptoms compare at the time of admission and discharge.Summary and induction recorded data,and display it in the form of chart to express straightforward.In the end,conclusion by applying the knowledge of statistics to calculate results.Using the SPSS19.0 software of statistics system process the data.Statistics and analysis the data by chi-square test and rank sum test mainly,to evaluate diagnosis and treatment plan of TCM about heart failure in our hospital heart medicine.Result: In 330 cases of the object of study,male patients are more than female.The majority of patients is between 70 to 79 years.Coronary heart disease is the most common original disease,frequency as high as 78.48%.Heart failure patients hospitalized give priority to with cardiac function lever 3.The main basis of TCM syndrome types of the patients is in qi-deficiency and blood stasis.The syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine mainly is qi-deficiency and blood stasis and dropsy,more than 40%.The syndrome of TCM has nothing to do with the gender(P>0.05).The syndrome of TCM is age related(P<0.05).The syndrome of TCM relates to cardiac functional grading and curative effect.According to the cardiac function improvement,efficient is 93.94%.According to the TCM symptom assessment,efficient is 93.03%.According to the Lee clan symptom score method,efficient is 92.12%.Invalid patients treated included 5 people were killed and one courtyard.Conclusion: On the basis of western medicine combined with syndrome differentiation in TCM,we are using to treat HF and it's advantaged.TCM could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of people's lives,and prolong life-span.From the data,our department performs diagnosis and treatment scheme well as a whole in 2015.Diagnosis and treatment scheme has achieved considerable results.This study found that Zhenwu decoction with Erchen could treat heart and kidney weakness,phlegm and blood stasis water stop.The medicinal broth is worth popularizing in the future clinical application.
