Clinical Research Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine Fufang Zhenwu-electuary To Heart Failure Patients With Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:The subject observe the curative effect to to heart failure Patients with Heart-kidney Yang deficiency by traditional Chinese medicine Fufang Zhenwu-electuary combined with western medicine. To discuss mechanism of action by observe levels of N-terminal Pro-b-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),Matrix Metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2),monocyte chemoattractant interleukin-6(IL-6) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients’ blood serum. Evaluat the Preparation’s effect by survey the change of the patients’ heart function、left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and heart failure integral.Methods:1.Make the concordant inclusion criteria according to heart-failure diagnostic criteria、NYHA cardiac functional grading standard and criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of TCM diseases. 56 patients with certain diagnostic standard were randomly divided into two groups.Every group has 28 patients.2.The contrast group was treated by conventional therapy. Treatment group was treated by conventional therapy and Fufang Zhenwu-electuary. 4 weeks for a course.3.After a course,contrast NYHA、heart failure integral、LVEF and the NT-pro BNP、MMP-2、IL-6、hs-CRP levels in patients’ boold.4.All these data analysis by SPSS19.0. Data said in”xE±s”. All continual variables were compared with the use of t tests.Ratio comparisons were made using χ2test,p<0.05 was taken to indicate statistical significance.Results:1. Observe treatment in the treatment group between before and after : NYHA、heart failure integral、LVEF and the NT-pro BNP、MMP-2、IL-6、hs-CRP levels after treatment all improved. The results are not statistically significant.2. Observe treatment in the contrast group between before and after: NYHA、heart failure integral、LVEF and the NT-pro BNP、MMP-2、IL-6、hs-CRP levels after treatment all improved. The results are not statistically significant.3. Comparison between the treatment group and contrast group: NYHA classes after treatment in the treatment group had ameliorate with that of the contrast group(p<0.05). Heart failure integral after treatment in the study group obviously ameliorate(p<0.01).The LVEF figure after treatment in the treatment group were obviously better.(p<0.01).Serum NT-pro BNP,MMP-2, IL-6 and hs-CRP concentrations decreased after treatment in the treatment group more than that of the contrast group and also had statistically significant(p<0.05).Life quality were ameliorated statistical significantly after treatment(p<0.01).And there have no serious adverse reactions between two groups.Conclusion:Cardiac function and quality-of-life of the heart failure Patients with Heart-kidney Yang deficiency ameliorate notable treat by Traditional Chinese medicine Fufang Zhenwu-electuary combine with Conventional Western Medicine.The drug mechanism should be:1. Effect on RAAS system. Reduce the retention of sodium and water.Improving cardiac function.2. Reconstruction of inhibition of collagen degradation and matrix. Improve myocardial remodeling.3. Suppress the immune inflammatory reaction. Reduction of myocardial cell injury.4. To improve the function of autonomic nerve. Depress sympathetic nervous activity. Reduce myocardial oxygen consumption.
