Herbal Fumigation Treatment Of Oxaliplatin Induced Numbness (Yang Deficiency Type) Clinical Study

Purpose: This subject is the herbal fumigation treatment of oxaliplatin induced numbness(yang deficiency type)clinical study.The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of oxaliplatin induced numbness(yang deficiency type)clinical observation,the curative effect,limb numbness caused by remission after chemotherapy(yang deficiency type)symptoms,reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.Method: In this study,we selected 72 cases of outpatient department of Hematology in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to March 2016 in December 2016,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,parallel control test method.The treatment group was given Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate for Injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,specific programs are as follows:Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate for Injection 40 mg,plus 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 500 ml,the date of the 1,static point,a total of 15 days.The traditional Chinese medicine composition is as follows:Astragalus 30 g,Guizhi 20 g,Mugwort leaf 10 g,Alba 20 g,Millettia 10 g,Stretch grass 10 g,Lopseed 10g;Usage:Boil water to 250 ml,the medicine will pour the soup into a special bath in,add about 1000 ml and the temperature is about 65 to about 70℃ ℃.ask the patient to put hands on the bracket 20 min fumigation in the basin,at the same time to cover the towel insulation.When the temperature of the liquid medicine drops to 40℃~44 ℃,put your hands in the water,the relative palm rub,the palm of the dorsal turn into another hand scrub,finger palm,wash your hands with warm water and dry after about 20 min.Add hot water about 1000 ml,the water temperature of about 40 ℃to 44℃,and put the feet into the potion,immerse the ankle,Soak about 15 ~ 20 min.The above method 1 daily,after 15 days to assess.The control group was given only Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate for Injection.Result: A total of 67 patients completed the study.After treatment,the two groups of patients were relieved,but the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%,the total effective rate of the control group was 75.76%.In relieving numbness symptoms at the same time,fear of cold limbs cold Yang Qi deficiency symptoms have been alleviated,better than the control group.Conclusion:1,In the use of Western medicine to ease the hand and foot numbness caused by neurotoxicity and the use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and cold limbs,can achieve a more satisfactory effect,give full play to the efficacy of chemotherapy to improve survival and quality of life of cancer patients after chemotherapy.2,Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation toxic side effects,high safety.3,Fumigation with Chinese herbal medicine can relieve the symptoms of cold,limbs and cold in patients with deficiency of Yang Qi and numbness of limbs.
