Objective To investigate the expression of CD147,EGFR and HIF-1?in the occurrence and progress of papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma.The relationships and clinical significance of CD147,EGFR and HIF-1?were also discussed.To investigate the expression of micro-lymphatic vessel density?MLD?and micro-vascular density?MVD?in papillary thyroid micro-carcinomaandtheirclinicalsignificance.Therelationshipsbetween CD147,EGFR,HIF-1?and MLD,MVD with lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma were analyzed,then we hope to provide a preliminary basis for the further study.Methods The expression of CD147,EGFR,HIF-1?and D2-40,CD31 in 60 cases of papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma and 20 cases of nodular goiter tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The MLD and MVD in papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma and nodular goiter tissues were quantitatively counted.The relationships between CD147,EGFR and HIF-1?with clinicopathological featuress in papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma were analyzed.At the same times,the relationships between the MLD and MVD with lymph node metastasis in papillarythyroidmicro-carcinomawereanalyzed.Therelationshipsbetween CD147,EGFR,HIF-1?and MLD MVD were also analyzed.Results The positive rate of CD147was 63.3%?38/60?in papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma,which was much higher than the25%?5/20?in hashimoto's thyroiditis,there existed significant difference?P<0.05?.The positive rate of EGFR was 56.7%?34/60?in papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma,which was much higher than the 10%?2/20?in hashimoto's thyroiditis,there existed significant difference?P<0.05?.The positive rate of HIT-1?was 61.7%?37/60?in papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma,which was much higher than the 5%?1/20?in hashimoto's thyroiditis,there existed significant difference?P<0.05?.The expression of CD147,EGFR,and HIF-1?were statistically correlated with lymph node metastasis?P<0.05?,and them were not significantly correlated with gender and age?P>0.05?.In papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma,there were significant positive correlations between the expressions of CD147 and HIF-1??r=0.246,P<0.05?,while the expressions of CD147 and EGFR had no significant correlation in the research?r=0.239,P>0.05?,in the meantime,there were no indication to present significant correlations between the expressions of EGFR and HIF-1??r=0.002,P>0.05?.The respective of MLD and MVD in papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma were much higher than those in nodular goiter tissues,the significant difference were existed?P<0.05?.At the same times,the counts of MLD and MVD in papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma with lymph node metastasis were much higher than those cases without lymph node metastasis,respectively,there existed significant difference?P<0.05?.In papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma,the count of MLD and MVD in CD147 positively expressed were much higher than the negatively expressed,there existed significant difference?t1=3.83,P1<0.05;t2=3.69,P2<0.05?,the count of MLD and MVD in EGFR positively expressed were much higher than the negatively expressed,there existed significant difference?t1=4.06,P1<0.05;t2=3.85,P2<0.05?,the count of MLD and MVD in HIF-1?positively expressed were much higher than the negatively expressed,there existed significant difference?t1=3.69,P1<0.05;t2=3.97,P2<0.05?.Conclusion High level expression of CD147,EGFR and HIF-1?may play an important role in the occurrence and progress of papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma,it may be correlated with.lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma,and the detection of MLD and MVD in primary lesions of papillary thyroid micro-carcinoma has potential application in predicting lymph node metastasis.
