Objective:In this study,the common characteristics of the kidney yin deficiency patients in the gene expression distribution were presented on the gene level by the fluorescence quantitative PCR detection technique,and the p16 gene mRNA expression in the kidney yin deficiency was observed and the kidney yin deficiency was used to observe the changes of the expression of mRNA in the process of kidney yin deficiency.Objective to provide an objective basis for gene biology by studying the mechanism of aging of yin deficiency.At the same time,the study also discussed the relationship between the individual response of the patients with deficiency of kidney yin and the changes of TCM symptoms,blood lipid metabolism,daily living ability and psychological aging.Methods:A single blind and parallel control method was used to randomly divide 60 cases of kidney yin asthenia aged 60-80 years old,which were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each,and were treated with Shouwu mixture(?)(Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine hospital)and six flavored Rehmannia pills respectively to detect the distribution characteristics of p16 gene expression spectrum and p16 base before and after treatment.Because of the change of mRNA expression,the changes of TCM symptom score,the changes of serum TC and TG,the score of daily living ability scale and the change of mental aging score were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.the curative effect of TCM syndrome:the treatment group and the control group can improve the clinical symptoms of the elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency,after comparison with statistical significance(P<0.05),in improving the Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group is more superior than the control group.2.clinical observation index effect:after treatment,the level of blood TC and TG decreased significantly in the treatment group and the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.In the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group in the reduction of TC,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in reducing the level of TG.3.the psychological aging score:the treatment group and the control group had a decrease in the score of mental aging,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,but the two groups were compared with P>0.05,which showed that there was no obvious superiority in the treatment group compared with the control group.4.life ability score:the value of the living ability score of the treatment group and the control group decreased,the two groups had a significant difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the living ability of the elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency.The expression of 5.p16 gene mRNA:after treatment,the expression of p16 gene mRNA in the two groups decreased,and the expression in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Shouwu mixture(?)can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and psychological aging of kidney yin deficiency,improve daily life ability,and achieve the effect of anti-aging.2.Shouwu mixture(?)can improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency by decreasing the content of TC and TG in serum and regulating the disorder of blood lipid metabolism.3.Shouwu mixture(?)can reduce the expression of p16 gene in elderly patients with kidney yin deficiency,and there is a significant correlation between them.4.Shouwu mixture(?)is effective and safe in the prevention and treatment of kidney yin deficiency.
