Clinical Study On Convalescent Period Of Ischemic Stroke Due To Deficiency Of Liver-yin And Kidney-yin Treated With "Shouwu Bushen Jiedu Decoction"

Objective:To study the curative effect of convalescent period of ischemic stroke due to deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin treated with "Shouwu Bushen Jiedu Decoction",and to discuss the mechanism of this therapy.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group of "Shouwu Bushen Jiedu Decoction"and routine western medicine and the control group of routine western medicine.Changes of clinical symptoms,signs and lab indexes were detected before and after treatment.Results:A month later,we found that total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,compared with control group,there are predominant difference(P<0.05).We found this therapy can lower Tch,TG,LDL-C,ET,TXB₂,FB,and improve HDL-C,6-keto-PGF_1a, NO.Compared with control group,there were predominant differences (P<0.05) except for Tch(P>0.05).Conclusion:"Shouwu Bushen Jiedu Decoction"applied to treat convalescentperiod of ischemic stroke due to deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin was testified to be effective.
