| Objective:To explore the relationship between the changes of Cancer-related Fatigue and the intervention of interventional therapy in patients with tumor radiotherapy. To study the relationship between the changes of interleukin-6,interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α and neutrophil in peripheral blood after aerobic exercise intervention Changes in the number of cells, analysis of potential factors to alleviate cancer-related fatigue.Method:Sixty patients with cancer-related fatigue who were eligible for inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected, divided into control group of 30 cases and intervention group of 30 cases, the intervention group for aerobic exercise intervention, exercise intensity from the target heart rate to reserve heart rate of 20%-40%,exercise frequency of 5 days a week, the cumulative time of 30-60 minutes a day.The general questionnaire and Piper tired self-assessment scale were used to conduct questionnaires before and after radiotherapy to obtain fatigue scores. The fasting serum was collected before and after radiotherapy. The levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α in peripheral blood were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Neutrophil data were collected from routine blood analysis of patients.Application SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data, measurement data for independent sample T test or paired sample T test statistical analysis, counting data for X2 test(C hi-square test)statistical analysis,The Piper Fatigue Scale scores were uniformly described by "mean ± standard deviation".The changes of cancer-related fatigue and the changes of tumor nec rosis factor-α,interleukin-6,interleukin-1β secretion and neutrophil numbers in peripheral blood were analyzed in both groups. The data were statistically significant at P<0.05.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between interleukin-6 and cancer-induced fatigue.Data were statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:There was no significant difference for the total fatigue score between the intervention and the control group before radiotherapy(5.01 + 0.89vs4.94 + 0.66,P > 0.05,respectively).The levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-1 β,tumor necrosis factor-α and neutrophil were not significant difference before radiotherapy in two groups(interleukin-69.26±0.90vs8.97±0.71,interleukin-1 β 7.86±0.66vs7.77±0.77,tumor necrosis factor-α 18.2 ± 5.60vs18.05 ± 5.04,neutrophil 5.22 ± 0.85vs5.24 ± 0.95;P < 0.05,respectively).Significant increases were showed for the level of interleukin-6 on the intervention group after radiotherapy(interleukin-6 9.26 ± 0.90vs10.34 ± 1.11;P < 0.05,respectively).Significant decreases were showed for the interleukin-1 β,tumor necrosis factor-α and neutrophil on the intervention group after radiotherapy(interleukin-1 β 7.86±0.66vs7.17±0.60,tumor necrosis factor-α 18.2±5.60vs16.78±5.51,neutrophil 5.22±0.85vs4.96±0.75;P<0.05,respectively).There were significant different in the levels of serum interleukin-6 and the cancer related fatigue degree between the intervention and the control group during stages of the pre-and post-radiotherapy(serum interleukin-6-0.375vs-0.115,cancer related fatigue degree-0.449vs-0.529;P < 0.05,respectively),which were negative correlation. Conclusion : Aerobic exercise can partially relieve the cancer due to fatigue, intervention is simple and easy, suitable for clinical application.By detecting the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α in peripheral blood and the number of neutrophils in patients before and after exercise intervention,we found tha t the muscle produced after exercise Interleukin-6 is a potential factor in alleviating cancer-induced fatigue. |
