Objectives: The spontaneous brain function of the patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)based on the local consistency(ReHo)and low frequency amplitude(ALFF)method was studied to explore the significance of the abnormal brain region changes to the diagnosis of PD,so as to provide the imaging basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PD.Methods: From September 2016 to December 2017,30 patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)and 30 healthy volunteers in the neurology department of our hospital were collected in the resting state of brain functional magnetic resonance(fMRI)data. The image post-processing using resting state functional magnetic resonance related data processing software was used to record the statistical differences in brain regions;the PD group had statistical significance. The ALFF value and ReHo value of the brain area were correlated with the unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS III score)and Hoehn-Yahr classification. The statistical analysis used the dual independent sample t test and FDR to correct the experimental results, set the critical value of the 0.01 P value, when it was less than the boundary value,it was proved to have statistical significance.Results:1?compared with HC group,ReHo value of the bilateral frontal lobe(including prefrontal, frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus),corpus callosum and cingulate gyrus, left central anterior gyrus, right angle gyrus, right sacral pole, thalamus and left brainstem decreased in the PD group, and the ReHo values of the left parietal lobe(including the central anterior gyrus and the posterior middle gyrus)of the left inferior parietal leaflet and the right wedge leaf were increased(P < 0.01,FDR corrected).2?Compared with the HC group,ALFF values of the left frontal lobe, left temporal lobe, left mesencephalon, pons and right cerebellum, and cerebellar tonsils were reduced in the PD group, bilateral parietal lobe(post-central posterior and suprarenal)The ALFF values of lobules, right nucleus, putamen, right thalamus, bilateral supra-temporal gyrus and bilateral wedges were increased(P < 0.01,FDR correction).3?The ALFF values of the posterior cerebellum and cerebellar tonsils in the PD group were positively correlated with the UPDRS III score(p<0.05).The ALFF value in the right frontal gyrus was negatively correlated with the H-Y grade(p<0.05).The values of ReHo in the right frontal gyrus, right superior temporal gyrus, marginal lobe, corpus callosum, right middle temporal gyrus, and left lateral putamen were negatively correlated with UPDRS III(P<0.05).The ReHo values of the medial frontal gyrus, the right frontal gyrus middle, marginal lobe, anterior cingulate gyrus, and the left frontofrontal gyrus were positively correlated with the H-Y grading(p<0.05).Conclusion:By resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging,we found that there were multiple brain regions with abnormal brain function in group PD compared with group NC,and the change of Re Ho and ALFF may be related to the change of cerebral connection loop. There may be compensatory brain function enhancement in local brain area.
