100 Cases Of Early Endometrial Cancer Patients Affected The Clinical Analysis Of Prognostic Risk Factors

Objective:In order to investigate the risk factors for the prognosis of early endometrial cancer.Methods:a retrospective analysis of data integrity,surgery and the pathology diagnosed,underwent surgical pathology staging(FIGO,2009),100 cases of early endometrial carcinoma patients general condition and the choice of treatment.Results:in 100 patients cases,the average age:53.05 years(24 to 76),Age:>60 years:23(23%);Age:<60 years:77(77%).Surgical pathological ? stage:86(86%),? stage:14(14%).Combined medical diseases:27 cases of hypertension,diabetes:19 cases,1 case of breast cancer,1 case of ovarian serous cystic tumor,3 cases of hypothyroidism.Tissue types:endometrial Aden carcinoma 94 cases(94%),the sample endometrial Aden carcinoma,6 cases(6%),including clear cell carcinoma 3 cases,endometrial serouscarcinoma 2 cases,glands squamous carcinoma in 1 case.The number of lymnph nodes in the pelvic cavity:lymph node cleaning was greater than 10:89(83%);Lymph node cleaning<10:11(11%)No radiotherapy was performed in 12 cases(12%).Postoperative radiotherapy:78(78%).No chemotherapy after surgery:81,(81%),chemotherapy after surgery:19(19%).results:postoperative disease depth of tumor invasion and muscle layer 1/3 or 7 cases(67%),immersion and muscle layer depth<1/yet cases(33%),tumor diameter 3 cm or higher:18 cases(18%),tumor diameter<3 cm:72 cases(72%).There were 13 cases of local recurrence,13 cases of local recurrence,and 2 cases in the distance.Recurrence of postoperative recurrence in 3 cases,1 year 2 years in 2 cases,8 cases of recurrence at 3 years and distant metastases 2 cases for special pathological type,recurrence cases much older intolerance to postoperative adjuvant therapy,special organization classification,invasion degree of deep muscle layer,the tumor diameter,surgical-pathologic staging later.Conclusion:the single factor analysis showed that age,surgical pathologic stage,late tumor diameter greater than 3 cm,depth of myometrial invasion,pathological type,postoperative adjuvant therapy are related to survival rate.Multivariate analysis revealed that FIGO surgical stage,pathological type and age are the independent predictive factors for the endometrial carcinoma.
