Objective: Through the occupation health,reproductive health and mental health epidemiological survey system full of Urumqi city pillar type iron and steel enterprise workers,discussed the factors that may affect the steel work on female workers' health condition,working for the occupation health prevention workers in iron and steel enterprises to provide a basis.Methods: A case-control study of 343 cases of women work in collecting the survey group,with the work of administrative staff of 343 cases as control group,epidemiological investigation(questionnaire),women's Health Survey(questionnaire of the occupation health prevention and control center of disease)and mental health survey("SCL-90"(SCL-90).Results: 1)The 1general survey group and control group comparison results showed that two groups of age and ethnic distribution had no significant difference,namely national age comparable,but in cultural degree,marital status,per capita income,BMI and physical exercise,whether in the family history of breast hyperplasia in two groups,the difference was statistically significant difference statistical significance(P<0.05).2)female occupation health showed that fatigue and backache appears investigation group,the risk of gynecological diseases,hypertension,heart disease and dyslipidemia was higher than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);the risk factors of hypertension are age,BMI,Hair Coloring,stand for a long time,noise,high temperature,dust,working hours(P<0.05),physical exercise(OR=0.474,95%CI=0.278-0.808)were protective factors;the main risk factors of abnormal ECG,noise,high temperature,length of working length(P<0.05);the main risk factors of hyperlipidemia occurred in age,BMI,often at night,high temperature and working hours,high blood pressure(P < 0.05),physical exercise(OR=0.469,95%CI=0.278-0.808)are protective factors of dyslipidemia.3)women of reproductive health situation shows: investigation group in the occurrence of congestion,breast hyperplasia,vaginitis,leucorrhea disease and abortion,significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the main risk factors of abnormal menstruation age,BMI,drinking,often at night,noise,big work load,the organic matter,the working hours(P<0.05);the main risk factors for the occurrence of breast hyperplasia of BMI,often at night,high temperature,inorganic,family history of mammary hyperplasia,abnormal menstruation,menstrual changes,sustained congestion(P<0.05);4)The steel workers mental health conditions,the results showed that the overall situation of the SCL-90 score higher than the national norm,especially somatization symptoms,the six factors of depression and anxiety,panic and psychosis,statistically significant differences compared with the norm(P<0.05).Among them,the psychological health status of the first group was significantly lower than that in the second line group.Mental health and general situation,occupational health,occupational health and reproductive health were all related;the contribution of each variable to psychological factors was between 8.3%-13.8%.Conclusion: The steel line workers high strength work,long shifts,to stand the working posture,and working environment of high temperature,noise,organic and inorganic compounds and other harmful factors will seriously affect the physical and mental health of workers.It is suggested that the workers can adjust the mentality,improve the bad habits,strengthen physical exercise,prevent and control the physical and mental diseases.
