Research Serve On Hospice Care Of Shanghai's The Aged

With the increasing degree of aging in China,hospice care has become a new demand for medical care,pension and other areas of people's livelihood.In developed countries,the hospice care system is composed of volunteers,general practitioners and religious personages,is very mature.In China,the socialization of hospice care services should be put on the agenda.The traditional medical service has not been able to meet the required modern hospice care,humanistic care,psychological counseling and pain,which people have increasingly felt urgency to establish and perfect the professional hospice care service system.In the past 30 years,the hospice care service in Shanghai has always been in the leading position in the country,and has achieved some results in the pilot implementation of community hospice care.Hospice service for old people in Shanghai city from the start after three stages of development,with the increasing degree of social concern,strengthen government support,hospice services have made great progress,but the hospice service still faces many problems to be solved.The shortage of hospice care in the integration of health care resources,to realize the balanced development of hospice care in the city,more large-scale cultivation of professional talents such as hospice services has greatly improved perfect space.Author questionnaire and interview methods on Shanghai's elderly patients,relatives of patients and medical staff were investigated.Analyze existing problems in hospice care,from the concept idea,allocation of resources,obstacles of interest perspective,analyzing reasons.According to China's actual conditions,and social conditions as well as the traditional concept,to study the current situation of palliative care services for the elderly in Shanghai and analysis,looking for deficiencies of palliative care services for the elderly in China,to explore the establishment of Community Hospice services as a platform,Hospice at home service-oriented,Medical and psychological institutions as part of hospice care service system.Research survey found that Shanghai hospice care policy implementation should be improved,including the hardware and software infrastructure supporting implementation,training of professionals and public Guide publicity and a series of policy.In addition,part of hospice care policy is limited to a specific group of staff,policy isn't enough coverage cannot effectively take into account the whole group.This deviated from the original intention of hospice care.In the context of urban development in Shanghai,communities on the family unit is the effective way to increase the service coverage of hospice services,strengthen the construction of perfect point-to-point cover system,as soon as possible,service standards,and conducive to the promotion of hospice care services.For better elderly terminal patients in their own environment in a calm and peaceful way to end the trip.Through this study as much as possible with reasonable and feasible solutions that meet the conditions,social conditions and hospice services,in order to promote service coverage of hospice services,strengthen palliative care services for the elderly in Shanghai City,built for the Shanghai old age hospice services to make suggestions,achieve older person's a real "peace road".
