Effect Of Xiao Ke Bi Tong Capsule On Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) And Its Effects On Inflammatory Factors Hs-CRP,IL-6 And TNF-?

Purpose: To observe the effect of Xiaokebi Tong Tong Capsule on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and observe the effect of inflammatory factors on CRP,IL-6 and TNF-? in patients with diabetes mellitus and to study their effects on the development of the disease and the Its intervention.Measures: A total of 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups according to the method of random parallel control.The patients in the treatment group and the control group were 30 patients.All patients were taken exercise,diet control and other basic measures to control blood sugar,the treatment group on the basis of oral administration of thirstist capsule,the control group oral administration of mecobalamin tablets,a course of treatment(a total of 4 weeks),three courses after evaluation of two(MCV,SCV),blood glucose(FPG,2hPPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),serum C-peptide,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-? were measured before and after treatment.Before and after treatment changes,and observe the patient's adverse reactions.Data were collected using SPSS 19.0software.Result: Compared with the control group,the control group had significant difference(P<0.05),while the control group had better control of blood glucose in the control group than that in the control group(P <0.05)(P <0.01 or 0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-? were significantly improved(P <0.01).Conclusion: Xiaokebi Tong capsule can improve the symptoms of TCM in patients with Qi and Blood Stasis Syndrome.It can reduce the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-?.Diabetes therapy may be related to the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy By improving the degree of inflammatory factors to achieve,there is a certain safety,efficacy is obvious,showing the advantages of Chinese medicine,a wide range of promotion and research space.
