Dahuang Mudan Decoction On The Serum Levels Of Inflammatory Factors Of Early Postoperative Inflammatory Small Bowel Obstruction(TNF-?,IL-6) Regulation Function And Mechanism Of Inquiry

Objective: Based on the previous study,the patients with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO)were treated with Modified Dahuang Peony Decoction.The patients were treated with randomized,parallel and controlled trials.Factor(CRP,PCT,TNF-?,IL-6).To explore the status and efficacy of rhubarb peony soup in the treatment of EPISBO,and to clarify the regulation of rhubarb peony decoction on serum inflammatory cytokines in EPISBO patients and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 64 patients with EPISBO diagnostic criteria were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization: the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine(western medicine treatment plus rhubarb peony soup)and simple western medicine treatment group,including 32 cases of traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment group,32 cases were treated with western medicine alone.Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group given rhubarb peony soup plus or minus 1 day 1,subcutaneous 2 times morning and evening water decoction oral,oral difficulties were injected through the stomach tube,200 ml,twice.Symptoms can be given with the same side of the drug 500 ml retention enema,once a day.The treatment principles and methods include complete fasting,continuous gastrointestinal decompression,maintenance of water and electrolyte and acid-base balance,parenteral nutrition support,to give broad-spectrum antibiotics(cephalosporins + Nitroimidazole)anti-infection,proton pump inhibitor with somatostatin(pantoprazole)inhibition of digestive juice secretion,if necessary,can be given glucocorticoid preparations to inhibit intestinal inflammatory exudation.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Measures :(1)recovery time of bowel sounds;(2)recovery of spontaneous defecation defecation time;(3)return to normal eating time;(4)total hospitalization time.Objective: two groups of patients before treatment,treatment 7d,and 14 d after treatment serum CRP,PCT,TNF-?,IL-6 values.Results:(1)Differences in baseline data: There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,onset time and other general data(P> 0.05)by SPSS software.(2)compared with before treatment,after treatment,the two groups of patients have improved the symptoms.(P <0.05).(3)For the peripheral serum(P <0.05),there was significant difference between the control group and the control group(P <0.05)Inflammatory factors,the two groups before treatment were no significant differences in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than the combination of Western medicine treatment group,the difference between the two groups were significantly different.(4)The clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: 1.Dahuang Peony Decoction can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with EPISBO.2.Dahuang Peony Decoction in reducing the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve patient symptoms,enhance immune function,improve patient quality of life and other aspects of efficacy is better than simple Western medicine.3.Treatment of EPISBO with rhubarb Peony Decoction is closely related to its inhibition of serum inflammatory factor release,improvement of intestinal capillary microcirculation and reduction of intestinal edema.
