Food poisoning, including chemical food poisoning and biological(fungal, bacterial, plant, animal)food poisoning,is a serious problem in food industry.Poisoning caused by bacteriotoxins and mycotoxins makes up a big part of it no matter in the incidence or the number of poisoning people.Bacteriotoxins and mycotoxins are carcinogenic and teratogenic.People who eat contaminated food can cause liver and other organ damage and severe cases can be fatal.Grain products can be easily contaminated by bacteriotoxins because of improper storage. On the other hand, due to the humid environment and other reasons during storage and transportation, mycotoxins grow quickly in grain products. Therefore,it is particularly important and necessary to establish a method for detecting bacteriotoxins and mycotoxins in food.In this paper,a rapid, efficient and accurate determination of bacteriotoxins and mycotoxins in cornmeal was established.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of bacteriotoxins and mycotoxins were studied by high performance liquid chromatography. The main results and conclusions were presented as follows:A method was established for the simultaneous determination of sterigmatocystin, patulin, zearalenone, toxoflavin, deoxynivalenol and aflatoxins(AFB1,AFB2,AFG1,AFG2)in cornmeal by HPLC.Acetonitrile-water(84:16,V/V)was used as extraction solution according to the solubility and stability of the 9 toxins.Comparing different solid-phase extraction columns and extraction conditions,we chose the MycoSep 228 multifunction cleanup column to purify the 9 toxins. The mixed 9 toxins were separated by C18 column with a line gradient of methanol, acetonitrile and water. The ultraviolet detector, photochemical post column derivatization and fluorescence detector are connected in series, and the simultaneous detection of 9 toxins is realized. The 9 toxins showed a good linear relationship in the range, the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999,the recovery rates of blank samples were between 79.3%and 97.7%,the relative standard deviations were 2.6%?4.1%,the method is simple, rapid, high sensitivity and good repeatability, which can meet the target of detecting 9 toxins in cornmeal at the same time.
