The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo With Dingxuan Particles Combined With Manipulation Reduction

[Objective]:The study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Ding Xuan particles combined with manual reduction to treat patients who are Suffering from Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.[Methods]:We collected the demographic data of outpatients with BPPV of our hospital。We divided patients into two groups,treatment group of 30 cases,which using Ding Xuan particles(Each time a bag,three times a day)combed with manual reduction;control group of 30 cases,which using betamethin(6 mg each time 3 times a day)combed with manual reduction,both of their course of treatment was 3 weeks.We scored before and 7 days,14 days,21 days after treatment,such as Dizziness Disability Rating Scale(Body score、Functional score、Emotional score、DHI score),TCM syndrome table,canal paralysis in Nystagmus view check.[Results]:(1)There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the body scores(P),functional scores(F),DHI.The scores of the two groups were better than those of the control group.The scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)The CP of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group at the 21d time point(P = 0.001).(3)Clinical analysis of TCM syndrome table of two groups of patients:the two groups of TCM syndrome points showed efficacy,and there were difference between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]:It was effective that Ding Xuan particles combined with manual reduction to treat patients who are Suffering from Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo,which can improve the vertigo of patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points,and there is a good clinical effect.Ding Xuan particles have many advantages,such as easing to take,low prices,less side effects,so it is suitable for further promotion and application.
