Clinical Study On Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction Aphasia With Tieshi “Flying Needle”

Objective:Observation on the clinical effect of treatment of acute cerebral infarction aphasia with Tieshi “Flying Needle”.Methods:Selection conforms to the diagnostic criteria of aphasia patients with acute cerebral infarction 120 cases as the research object,using randomized and controlled method is divided into two groups,and 60 cases one group,control group with treatment of language rehabilitation training,treatment group with Tieshi “Flying Needle” on the basis of the control group.To evaluate and analyze the clinical effect of before and after treatment with Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)of the four items’ scores of spontaneous conversation,comprehension,repetition,anomic aphasia and Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination(BDAE),and the level of improvement of the speech function of acute cerebral infarction aphasia patients with Event Related Potential N400.Routine treatment reference guide of diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic troke in China 2014,language rehabilitation training adopts pronunciation organs muscles in sports training and pronunciation training,the main acupuncture point of Tieshi “Flying Needle”:Wai Jinjin,Wai Yuye,Lian Quan,Ya Men,Nei Guan,Tong Li and Bitamporal nine acupuncture point.Results:1.After treatment,Comparing the scores of the two groups of patients with spontaneous conversation,comprehension,repetition,anomic aphasia four items and the aphasia severity classification by t test between groups,P <0.05,there were significant difference between two groups,and comparing with before the start of treatment by rank sum test,P <0.05,there were significant difference.Comparing the difference of N400 latency with before the start of treatment by t test between two groups,P <0.05,there were significant difference,and the amplitude difference of electrode place Fz,C3,C4 compared by t test,P <0.05,there were significant difference,and the amplitude difference of electrode place Pz by t test,P >0.05,there was no significant difference.2.Clinical efficacy evaluation: The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.09% and that of the control group was 73.08%,and there were significant difference compared by chi-square statistics,P <0.05.Conclusion:Tieshi “Flying Needle” and language rehabilitation training can improve the speech function of acute cerebral infarction aphasia patients,and combined with the efficacy of Tieshi “Flying Needle” better than only language rehabilitation training.Besides,it is safe and effective,and the pain is low,so it has a good patients’ compliance and is worthy for being widely used in clinic.
