Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion Combined With Language Rehabilitation Training In The Treatment Of Motor Aphasia After Stroke

Purpose:the purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in the treatment of sports aphasia after stroke,and to explore the advantages of language rehabilitation training alone and to enhance the ability of language communication in daily life.Material and method:80 patients with post-stroke aphasia were randomly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group).Treatment group: acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training;control group: language rehabilitation training,five days a week,two days off,a total of four weeks for a course.After a course of treatment,the aphasia Rating Scale(ABC),functional language communication ability test(CFCP)and efficacy evaluation were used to evaluate the difference of the therapeutic effect before and after treatment and between groups.Results:1.ABC scale score results: there was no statistical significance before treatment(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups and within the group after treatment(P < 0.05).The improvement of symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.2.The score of functional language communication ability(CFCP)scale: there was no statistical significance before treatment(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups and within the group after treatment(P < 0.05).The daily language communication ability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.3.Evaluation results: the total effective rate of the control group was 45%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 75%.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),which proved that the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training can improve the symptoms of aphasia after stroke,and it is better than single language rehabilitation training.2.Acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training can enhance the daily language communication ability of the patients with sports aphasia after stroke,and it is better than the group of single language rehabilitation training.3.Acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training can improve the therapeutic effect of aphasia patients after stroke,and it is better than that of single language rehabilitation training group.It is proved that the combination of the two is effective and worth popularizing.
