| Objective Through the comprehensive therapy(Bushen Zhuyu Decoction Combined with traditional Chinese medicine through dressing method)analysis and clinical effect of Bushen Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of salpingitis infertility,to study traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment,the use of Bushen Huayu therapy,Huoxue Tongluo method combined with traditional Chinese Medicine penetration on the clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of inflammatory infertility kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of oviduct.Methods Collect into kidney deficiency and blood stasis fallopian tube inflammation standard in 72 cases of infertility patients with infertility in people's Hospital of Henan Province second infertility clinic from January 2016 to December 2016,were randomly divided into treatment group of 36 cases were given comprehensive treatment;the control group 36 cases,oral treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.3 menstrual cycles for 1 course of treatment,all patients were respectively before and after treatment to assess the clinical symptoms and signs,in the continuous treatment of 2 menstrual cycles,evaluation of comprehensive therapy on clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with improvement and pregnancy,and after 1 courses of treatment of none pregnant patients salpingography evaluation of treatment of fallopian tube after improvement.Results(1)The comprehensive therapy group and Chinese medicine group in improving kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of tubal inflammatory infertility in patients with clinical symptoms and signs,there was significant difference(P<0.05),a comprehensive therapy group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine oral group;(2)The TCM symptoms,local signs of comprehensive therapy and oral medicine group after treatment were: 94.44%,77.78%;91.67%,77.78%;there were significant efficiency(P<0.05),fallopian tube comprehensive therapy group cure rate was33.33%,efficiency was 58.33%,the total efficiency of 91.67%;traditional Chinese medicine oral group of fallopian tube the cure rate was 13.89%,efficiency was 66.67%,the total efficiency of 80.56%,the total efficiency had significant difference(P<0.05),a comprehensive therapy group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine oral group;(3)Compared with the intrauterine pregnancy between second menstrual cycle and third menstrual cycle,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).The curative effect of third menstrual cycle in treatment group was better than that in second menstrual cycle,but there was no significant difference between two cycles in control group.Comparison of two groups of second patients,3 menstrual cycle treatment of intrauterine pregnancy,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),clinical observations suggest that combination therapy group intrauterine pregnancy at number second and 3 cycles respectively higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine oral group intrauterine pregnancy number;(4)Two groups of patients after one treatment course were 33.33%,13.89%,the pregnancy rate of comprehensive therapy group and oral medicine group intrauterine,comprehensive curative effect were 97.22% and 80.56%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),suggesting that the comprehensive treatment group in improving the intrauterine pregnancy rate and comprehensive effect were better than that of traditional Chinese medicine oral group;(5)The treatment group at the age of 20 to 35 and 36 to 45 year old patients with intrauterine pregnancy rate were 44% and 9.10%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the comprehensive treatment of the aged 20 ~ 35 years old patients with intrauterine pregnancy curative effect is better than the age of 36 ~ 45 years old patients.Conclusion(1)Comprehensive therapy(Bushen Zhuyu Decoction Combined with traditional Chinese medicine through dressing method)and simple oral medicine therapy can improve salpingitis infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis tubal symptoms and signs,and comprehensive therapy is better than single oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine;(2)Comprehensive therapy is superior to pure oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of symptoms,signs,fallopian tube efficacy and comprehensive curative effect of Chinese Medicine;(3)The number of intrauterine pregnancy in third menstrual cycles was higher than that in second menstrual cycles in the two groups,and the comprehensive treatment group washigher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine oral group.After 1 courses of treatment,the comprehensive therapy group is obviously superior to the traditional Chinese medicine oral group in improving the rate of normal intrauterine pregnancy;(4)Comprehensive therapy is superior to the treatment of intrauterine pregnancy in patients with salpingitis infertility at the age of 20~35 years than the patients aged 36~45 years. |
