Clinical Study Of Guishen Zhuyu Decoction In Preventing And Treating Intrauterine Adhesions (kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Postoperative Recurrence

Purpose:Guishen Zhuxue Decoction combined with sequential method of estrogen progesterone was used to prevent recurrence of intrauterine adhesions(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after separation,and to explore the clinical efficacy and repair effectiveness of endometrium after adhesion intrauterine The impact on quality Life provides a new idea for integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine to prevent re-adhesion after uterine adhesion.Material and method:From September 2018 to September 2020,61 patients with intrauterine adhesions(kidney failure and blood stasis syndrome)were treated at the Traditional Chinese Medical University Hospital and met the admission criteria.Patients were divided into control groups according to the random number table method(n = 30)and treatment group(n = 31).Both groups were treated with intrauterine adhesion separation and balloon placement.The control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone for 3months after surgery.After the operation,they were treated with estrogen and progesterone.Based on the treatment,Guishen Boiling and Xuefu Zhuyu Boiling were added and destroyed.After treatment,the patient's endometrial thickness,uterine adhesion score,changes in TCM syndrome scores,and SF-36 health quality of life score were noted,and the efficacy of both groups was evaluated.Subsequent follow-up of both patient groups within 3 months of drug discontinuation,statistical analysis of the above clinical data.Results:1.Efficacy evaluation of endometrial thickness: Compared before and after treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups of patients increased,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness of the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group after treatment,The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Evaluation of the efficacy of intrauterine adhesion score: Compared before and after treatment,the intrauterine adhesion score of the two groups of patients decreased,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the intrauterine adhesion score of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group after treatment.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndrome scores: Comparing before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients decreased,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group after treatment Obviously,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Evaluation of the efficacy of SF-36 healthy life quality score: Before and after treatment,the scores of the SF-36 healthy life quality scale of the two groups of patients rised,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment in the treatment group After the SF-36 healthy quality of life scale scores rised significantly,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Pregnancy: within 3 months of follow-up,there were 14 pregnancy cases in the treatment group and 5 pregnancy cases in the control group.The clinical pregnancy rates of the treatment group and the control group were 45.1% and 16%,respectively.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).6.Comprehensive efficacy comparison: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The tutor's self-prepared Guishen Zhuxue Decoction can increase the thickness of the endometrium in patients with intrauterine adhesions(kidney deficiency and blood stasis),promote endometrial repair,and reduce the recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesions after surgery.Better clinical effect.2.Guishen Zhuxue Decoction prepared by the instructor can improve the TCM syndromes of patients after separation of intrauterine adhesions(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)Points and quality of life are mainly reflected in the relief of symptoms such as lower abdominal distension and pain,waist and knee weakness,dizziness,and tinnitus after treatment.3.The instructor prepared Guishen Zhuxue Decoction for the treatment of patients with intrauterine adhesions(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after separation.No obvious adverse reactions,no drug side effects,safety,and can be used as the disease Effective treatment.
