The Clinical Observation Of Gongxue Liting Decoction In Treating Metrorragia And Metrostaxis With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasic Syndrome

Objective:To observe hemostatic effect and investigate the hemostatic mechanism preliminarily of Gongxue Liting Decoction（GXLTD）in treating Metrorragia and Metrostaxis with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasic Syndrome,provide a theoretical basis for this study,and provide the basis for TCM treatment of uterine bleeding.Methods:60 patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Observation of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement,serum Ca²⁺level,prothrombin time（PT）and activated partial prothrombin time（APTT）to compare differences between the two groups.Results:The treatment group and the control group hemostatic effect of total effective rate were 90%and 63.33%,the two groups have Significant difference（P<0.05）;the curative effect of TCM syndrome improvement,the total efficiency of the two groups were 93.33%and 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;compared with before treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups in the prothrombin time（PT）and activated partial prothrombin time（APTT）,elevated serum Ca²⁺levels（P<0.05）,and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment（P<0.05）.Conclusion:GXLTD has good hemostatic effect on Metrorragia and Metrostaxis with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and can improve the symptoms,the hemostatic mechanism may be a number of links through the regulation of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis system,improve the level of serum Ca²⁺to enhance coagulation function,and strengthen uterine smooth muscle contraction,act on improve endometrial microcirculation,promote endometrium abscission to reflect.
