ObjectiveBy observing the time of hemostasis and the before and Post-treatment improvement of clinical symPtoms to evaluate the clinical curative hemostatic efficacy of Bao Yin Jian treating metrostaxis with yin deficiency and blood calorie syndrome; And by analyzing the imPact that Patients’age, the time of bleeding, bleeding amount, endometrial thickness on curative effect to guide the clinical medication of later.MethodCollecting observing objects from mentor teacher’s out-Patient of Affiliated HosPital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during December,2011and December,2013, and all of the observing objects should correspond with the diagnostic criteria of the yin deficiency and blood calorie of metrostaxis.In this grouP, there are46cases that are required to take Bao Yin Jian orally,and observing the time of hemostatic after one Period of treatment Observing the time of hemostatic and the before and Post-treatment improvement of clinical symPtoms after taking Bao Yin Jian,and analyzing the imPact that Patients’age, the time of bleeding, bleeding amount, endometrial thickness on curative effect of hemostatic efficacy of Bao Yin Jian treating metrostaxis with yin deficiency and blood calorie syndrome.Results1.Hemostatic effect in the near future,22cases were markedly imProved (47.9%),18cases were effective (39.1%),6cases were invalid (13.0%),the total effective rate was87%.2.The result of statistics analysis to the correlation between effect with Patient age was P>0.05.there was no obvious difference.It was the same with the time of bleeding and bleeding amount.While Endometrial thickness and curative effect analysis of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)3.ComParing with the clinical symPtoms before and after the treatment, which exists statistical significance P<0.05.Conclusion1.Bao Yin Jian had a good hemostatic effect in treating bleeding Period of metrostaxis with yin deficiency and blood calorie syndrome.2.Bao Yin Jian can effectively imProve the clinical symPtoms of Patients with yin deficiency and blood calorie syndrome.3.Hemostatic efficacy of Bao Yin Jian is not affected by the Patients age, bleeding time and bleeding amount。The thicker the endometrium, Bao Yin Jian hemostatic effect is Poorer.
