| With the improvement of living standards and the acceleration of aging phenomenon,the number of stroke patients is increasing year by year,and most of them suffer from motor functional disorders.Exercise rehabilitation training is a rehabilitation method,which mainly aims at the early prevention of cardiovascular disease patients or the rehabilitation of patients with motor functional disorders.Because the traditional rehabilitation training of medical equipment is boring and expensive,this article designs the rehabilitation training platform based on the Kinect,which is combined by Human Computer Interaction Technology,Human Body Gesture Recognition Technology and Exercise Rehabilitation Training.The main content of this article includes the establishment of gesture sample library,the structure of the BP neural network classifier and the construction of the training platform.We firstly get the joint data by Kinect,and then we process it in order to extract the directional angle values of joint vector as gesture characteristic vector,and at the same time we save the gesture characteristic vector for the sake of establishing the gesture features sample library.We secondly use the feature vector data gesture feature sample to train and test the BP neural network in Matlab,in order to verify the validity of the posture vector extraction through the simulation results,and then we can build the BP neural network classifier which can be used to predict the classification of the gesture characteristic vector for the gesture recognition.Based on the gesture recognition,the system will provide information feedback of gesture recognition,which can remind the patients whether their gesture meets the requirement or not,and guide their training.Finally we set up the hardware platform of exercise rehabilitation training and write programs in Visual Studio 2010.After completing the design of rehabilitation training platform based on Kinect,we also do some online experiments in order to verify the feasibility and reasonability of the design of experimental platform.This kind of exercise rehabilitation training method based on the body feeling device has good interactivity,cheapness,convenience,which can not only effectively solve the problems of the traditional rehabilitation training of medical equipment,but also improve the training enthusiasm and positivity of patients. |
