With the development of society, people gradually realize the importance of human-computer interaction and its universality in the future. Therefore, the human-computer interaction has developed vigorously in recent years. In the human-computer interaction, the precise recognition of human body posture is the prerequisite for the realization of interaction.People use different postures to convey information to a computer, which recognizes different postures to receive information from the human body. Therefore, how to accurately and quickly identify human body posture has become a research issue. In this paper,a Kinect-based rehabilitation training system is designed by combining the Kinect human posture tracking technology with the medical rehabilitation training. In this paper, the Algorithm of human pose detection and tracking is studied. The Kinect is used to acquire the depth image of human body and the angle of the joint is measured by the three-dimensional coordinates of the joint of human body, then the pose recognition is realized by angle matching. On this basis,we propose a joint angle representation method based on fixed axis, which improves the stability and accuracy of joint angle matching, and can recognize the posture features of human body in real time.At the same time,in the process of human posture recognition,a joint information repair algorithm is proposed, which can recover the motion information of the occluded joint. The reliability of human joint was evaluated according to the character of human skeleton, the continuity of human body movement and the limitation of Joint Movement Angle. In this paper, some standard movements suitable for limb medical rehabilitation are collected, and a database of standard auxiliary movements for rehabilitation is established, which can be used as a comparative model for Rehabilitation Training.A rehabilitation trainer just needs to make the appropriate motion in front of the Kinect--the computer automatically collects and extracts the motion, recognizes it,and then compares it to the standard motion in the database, from the angle of the collected joint coordinates and the position of the joint, this paper judges and evaluates theposture of the rehabilitation trainer, and gives the corresponding movement contrast chart,if the requirements set in the system are not met,it indicates that the posture is not up to standard, and the trainer needs to repeat the movements until they are up to standard. Finally, the rehabilitation trainer can basically achieve the expected effect of rehabilitation training through the rehabilitation support system.
