| Objective:Observing the effect of Simiaozhuo decoction on clinical sy mptoms and laboratory indexes of patients with gout complicated with hypercholesterolemia damp-heat stasis type,and exploringits clinical ef ficacy and safety in order to reveal the unique advantages of tradition al Chinese medicine in the treatment of gout and metabolic diseases.Method:60 patients with gout combined with hypercholesterolemiadam p-heat stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The two groups were given generaltreatment,w hile the control group was treated with nonbustat + atorvastatin calciu m,and the treatment group was treated with Simiaozhuo decoction for four weeks.Abserving the difference of patient before and after treat ment on Efficacy index of the SUA,ESR,CRP,TC,LDL,HDL,VAS pain score,TCM syndrome integral and the safety indexes such of the Bloo d,Urine,Fecal Routine Examination,liver and kidney function.Follo w-up visit was carried out once after 3 months,the efficacy and safet y indexes of each group were collected again,and SPSS 21.0 softwar e were used to analyse statistical data,comprehensively analyse the re sults and evaluate its effectiveness and security.Result:(1)Evaluation of total curative effect: follow-up visit after 3m onths’ treatment,the effective rate of clinical effect and TCM syndrom e in the treatment group was 86.67%,90.00%,and the another group w as 82.75%,79.31%,respectively.There was statistical difference betwe en the two groups(P<0.05),and the effective rate in the treatment gr oup was higher than that of the control group.(2)VAS score: after 4 weeks and 3 months of treatment,there was significant statistical difference in VAS scores between thetwo gr oups(P<0.01),and the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(3)Laboratory indicators :1treatment for 4 weeks,control group S UA,TC,LDL,HDL level is significantly different than before treatment(P<0.01),treatment groupis different from before treatment(P<0.05);a fter 3 months,treatment group patients index is significantly differentt han before treatment(P<0.01),control group hasno statistical differenc e compared with before treatment(P>0.05),the difference between the two groups is significant(P<0.01).2There was significant statistical d ifference(P<0.01)between the twogroups about CRP,ESR after 4 wee ks treatment compared with before treatment but no difference betwee n the two groups(P>0.05)follow-up visit after 3 mouth,there was si gnificant statistical difference in the treatment group about the CRP,E SR from before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was significant compared withthe control group(P<0.01).(4)Safety assessment: No adverse reactions occurred before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusion: this clinical study confirmed that Simiaozhuo decoction c an relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with gout comp licated with hypercholesterolemia damp-heat stasis typ inthe long-term,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and be more stable in controling uri c acid and blood lipids.Through the long-term efficacy and safety ob servation of Simiaozhuo decoction,it is considered that this prescripti on is safe and effective and worthy of popularization. |
