Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Constitution Of Chronic Renal Failure Treated With Huoxue Yishen Decoction And Acupoint Application

Objective this study aims to observe clinical curative treatment effect of blood stasis constitution of chronic renal failure treated with Huoxue Yishen decoction and acupoint application(compensation period and decompensation period),and observe its effects on laboratory indexes related to chronic renal failure,observed patients constitution score of TCM change and clinical symptoms before and after treatment.To get objective and scientific evaluation of the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Yishen decoction and acupoint applicationon blood stasis constitution of chronic renal failure,providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic renal failure combined therapy of TCM.Methods Useing random and double-blind method,68 Patients devide into control group and a treatment group.On the basis treatment,the treatment group was treated with Huoxue Yishen decoction and acupoint application,the control group was treated with Huoxue Yishen decoction and "placebo paste".Huoxue Yishen decoction should be take orally 200 ml,3 times a day.the acupoint is applied for once two days,one week rest for one day.last for 12 weeks.Before and after the treatment,recorded respectively of two groups’ Chinese medicine symptom,constitution score,and laboratory index(PRO,RBC,PLT,Ccr,Scr,BUN,UA,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,TC,TG,APTT,TT,FIB.)compared difference between two groups.According to length course of disease,two groups were divided into 3 groups,compare the efficacy of two treatments.Results 1.62 cases finally included in this study,no statistical difference between the number of collect complete test cases and eliminate cases(P > 0.05),com Pliance > 91.1%,no differences in two groups of patients gender,age,sex,course of disease,TCM symptom score and blood stasis of TCM clinical general data.2.After three courses of treatment,both groups got good efficacy.The treatment group’s effective rate is 83.8%,control groups rate is 70.9%,there was statistical differentce consist in two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison within the group(1)After treatment compared with before,in control group,BUN,clinical symptom score and blood stasis mass bias degree scores has significant difference;PRO,SCr,PLT,CCr,APTT,TT,FIB,TC,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,have statistical difference(P<0.05);No statistical difference in RBC,HGB,UA and TG(P>0.05).(2)After treatment compared with before,in treatment group BUN,clinical symptom score and blood stasis mass bias degree score,PRO,have significant difference.SCr,PLT,CCr,APTT,TT,FIB,TC,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity have statistical difference(P<0.05);No difference in RBC,HGB,UA and TG(P>0.05).4.Group comparison: After treatment two groups in reducing SCr,BUN increase the CCr,the improvement of clinical symptoms and blood stasis of TCM quality bias degree have difference(P< 0.05),treatment group is better.No statistical difference in the other indexes(P> 0.05).5.Both gruops have significant difference in clinical curative effect between groups course < 4 years and course > 10 years(P < 0.01),course of < 4 years curative effect is better than that of course > 10 years,with the extension of course,clinical effect decreased.Conclusion Treatment of Huoxue Yishen decoction combined with acupoint applicationin and Huoxue Yishen decoction combined with "placebo paste" had good clinical efficacy,both treatment have function to delay futher development of CRF.treatment group in reducing SCr,,BUN,improve Ccr,as well as the improvement of clinical syndrome and degree bias of blood stasis TCM quality,is better than contrast one,combination therapy can improve the comprehensive curative effect,worth for using in clinical course.the clinical effect of short duration(< 4 years)was better than that of the elderly(> 10 years).the duration of the disease was correlated with blood stasis score and blood symptom score,patients with long illness course the scores of blood stasis and blood symptoms were relatively high,which was consistent with the Chinese medicine thoery that long illness must arise stasis.
