Clinical Trials On The Difference Of Efficacy Between Formula Granule Decoction And Water Decoction Of Yishen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction In Treating CRF(Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to observe the difference between the clinical efficacy of Yishen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction and the clinical efficacy of formula granule decoction and water decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure(spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods: A total of 76 patients with chronic renal failure diagnosed in the inpatient department and outpatient department of the Nephrology Department of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected.In a randomized,controlled design,76 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,38 cases each.In the basic treatment of Western medicine,the treatment of "Yishen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction" was applied.The experimental group was given the formula granule decoction,and the control group was given a water decoction.The observation course was 3months.Record and compare the indicators of the two groups before and after treatment,including:the scores of TCM syndromes,TCM syndrome efficacy,comprehensive efficacy,renal function [serum creatinine(Scr),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),uric acid(UA),urea nitrogen(BUN),Cystatin C(Cys C)],hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(Alb),24-hour urine protein(24hPro),safety indicators and adverse reactions.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis software to compare the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the efficacy of TCM syndrome between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groupsafter treatment(P>0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the comprehensive efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)In terms of renal function,serum creatinine,uric acid,urea nitrogen and cystatin C decreased in both groups,and the glomerular filtration rate increased.After treatment,the effect of reducing urea nitrogen in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The creatinine,uric acid,cystatin C and glomerular filtration rate were compared.Academic significance(P>0.05).(5)After treatment,hemoglobin and serum albumin were higher than before,and the 24-hour urine protein was lower than before.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(6)Safety observation,there was no significant difference in serum potassium between the two groups(P>0.05),and no abnormalities in ALT and AST between the two groups.Conclusions:(1)There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM symptom scores,and comprehensive efficacy comparison between formula granule decoction with water decoction of Yishen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction for the treatment of chronic renal failure(spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).(2)Frmula granule decoction reduces urea nitrogen effect better than water decoction.(3)There was no significant difference between the Frmula granule decoction and the water decoctions in reducing creatinine,uric acid,cystatin C,24-hour urine protein quantitation,and glomerular filtration rate,hemoglobin and serum albumin.
