Objective:To investigate the anxiety status of early primiparas in Qiqihar area.To evaluate the effect of non-drug analgesia on the delivery process and outcome of the primipara in this area.Methods:(1)We chose 991 maternity expectant mothers from Qiqihar a certain grade-three general hospital during Jan to July of 2017 as subjects. All the primiparas enrolled in our study meet the inclusion criteria and have been assessed by professional nurses or doctors when hospitalized. The consents of their own or their families were obtained. All the participants have been surveyed using the International Standard Anxiety Scale(SAS)(see Appendix 1)and a general questionnaire(see Appendix 2).(2)The 991 participants were separated to two groups, anxiety group(130case)and non-anxiety group(861case),according to the SAS score.According to whether the application of the intrapartum analgesia delivery instrument anxiety group can be divided into regular delivery group(52),anxiety analgesia group(78),the components of conventional labor group(438)and analgesia(423).To observe the birth duration, postpartum hemorrhage volume, operative delivery rate, neonatal Apgar score index, then process statistical analysis.Results:1)the incidence of primary maternal anxiety in Qiqihar a certain grade-three general hospital was 13.22 %;2)The caesarean section rate(8.97%)was lower than the cesarean section rate(19.23%)in the expectant mothers of application of analgesic delivery instrument combined with childbirth ball, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),At the same time, the caesarean section rate(7.33%)was lower than that of the normal expectant parturist cesarean section(15.53 %),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The first labor time that application of analgesic delivery instrument combined with childbirth ball(436.06 + 92.94)was lower than the first labor time(473.70 or 143.18),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The second delivery time(36.17 +17.20)was lower than the second labor time(41.29±19.07),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The third delivery time(6.90±2.90)was lower than the third output time(10.16±2.76),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);anxiety maternal who application of analgesic delivery instrument combined with childbirth ball blood loss(265.04±66.52)was lower than the postpartum blood loss(273.29±67.91)of the postpartum period of the parturition, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);At the same time Non-anxiety maternal who application of analgesic delivery instrument combined with childbirth ball blood loss(265.04±66.52)was lower than the postpartum blood loss(273.29±67.91)of the postpartum period of the parturition, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Anxiety maternal neonatal score that application of analgesic delivery instrument combined with childbirth ball(9.29±0.61)compared to the normal neonatal score of expectant mothers(9.27±0.62),The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),Non-anxiety maternal neonatal score that application of analgesic delivery instrument(9.66±0.62)combined with childbirth ballcompared to the normal neonatal score of expectant mothers(9.63±0.62),The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the application of analgesic delivery instrument combined with childbirth ballmethod on anxiety primiparas is better than non-anxiety primiparas. It can significantly shortenthe duration of fertility, reduce postpartum hemorrhagevolume, reduce the rate of midwifery. It deserved clinically popularization and application.
