| Objective: guided by the basic theory of TCM,through epidemiological research method,assisted Delphi method,construct the stable angina pectoris TCM syndromes diagnostic scale,reliability,validity and sensitivity of the analysis and evaluation of the feasibility and rationality of the scale,in order to TCM syndrome objective evaluation,to further standardize and quantify the TCM Syndrome the diagnosis standard,improve the system of TCM clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease,improve the evaluation ability,provide a tool for clinical application research of this kind of traditional Chinese medicine.Method: Through literature,reference standards and randomly selected in our department from 2010 to 2014 during the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and 100 hospitalized cases,and through the statistical analysis of TCM will be identified as 130 entries.The information will be collected through expert questionnaire and clinical data of 200 cases,through frequency statistics,Baja Koruna coefficient,discrete trend method,discrimination analysis summary statistics analysis,delete more than 3 kinds of statistical methods were not selected entries,the final remaining items reserved for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of TCM syndrome diagnosis the item pool,the formation of scale prototype.Result: The item pool covers the syndrome elements of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the time of 6,a total of 80 entries of four diagnostic information of TCM,11 items of Qi deficiency,15 items of yin deficiency,14 items of Yang deficiency and 12 items of qi stagnation,15 items of blood stasis,15 items of phlegm.Conclusion: Based on the traditional Delphy expert questionnaire,verify that the derived from the clinical data,the selected item has better validity,provides a reliable item pool for stable angina pectoris syndrome diagnostic scale for the next development. |
